Bellissima Hair Design

I get my hair done once in a blue moon. Fear of someone messing up my hair. It’s been almost 10 years since I last let someone touch my hair. I just had a baby and it was time for a change. I searched salons on google maps and visited the websites of all these great salons but I was drawn to Belissima Hair Design by Loredana. Her website made me feel like she didn’t just care about the hair side of her career but all sides to it. Her website seemed inviting and simple in the best way. Her Gallery was beautiful and I was sold. I was able to get booked quick. She was very responsive and easy. Meeting Loredana was as expected, judging by her website. She was inviting and sweet. Her welcoming spirit made me feel comfortable immediately. I was nervous for the change, as I was chopping 10inches of my hair off, not for the thought that she might mess up. The results were amazing! I was so shocked in a good way! I was extremely happy about how my hair turned out. My hands flew to my face instantly as I turned bright red! Conversations were flowing, she just made the experience so easy! I highly recommend her! Thank you again Loredana!

I have been going to Loredana for years, and while she is always professional, she has a personal touch as well. It is always a good visit, and I love the outcome each time. I always go out looking much better than I came in.

Sent text to schedule appt (as voicemail said to do). Received response much faster than expected, with recommendation to another salon that provides services I requested. (Also, booked the day I needed.) I appreciate the prompt response and professional recommendation to another salon (which I was able to get scheduled with). Cannot review anything else, except professionalism, which is excellent.
