First time coming to this salon i got a manicure nail dip. I felt welcomed not like other salons were they look at you and judge you by your looks but this was not the case here. I love my nails and the attention and massage at the end, I will be coming here next time. Thank you!

This was my second time coming in to luxe nail salon and all the barre fitness instructors I work with at sea barre fitness recommended luxe :) It was truly so relaxing and you receive kind service from calling and when in person. This spa does not disappoint!! Will be back again

I have gone there several times and never greeted and one final day I came with my mother to give her a pedicure and paid for both gave tip to my guy and truly forgot about her nail person and then ran after me for a tip like I didn’t pay at all.. very embarrassing! Will not go back

YES IT IS THE RIGHT PLACE I LIVE 2MIN. AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT I have never left a bad review before, but I feel compelled to do so now. I’ve visited this place three times, and each time, the service has been disappointing. It feels as though I’m bothering them just by walking in the door. My last experience was the worst; the nail technician had a terrible attitude and didn't listen to what I wanted. She ended up cutting me three times because she was rushing and seemed to want to get it done quickly. At the end, she even asked me for a tip, which I couldn’t believe, considering the treatment I received. Of COURSE I SAID NO. To make matters worse, a couple of days later, I checked my bank statement and noticed they charged me $6 more than what I signed for on my receipt. I only checked because I had a feeling something was off, given the look on her face when I said no to the tip. She gave herself a tip with MY MONEY. I called to address this, and they didn’t offer any resolution. I signed the receipt for $83, but they charged me $89. It’s not just about the money; it’s about principle. I consider myself a respectful person and have never criticized a business like this before, but this experience has pushed me to speak out.

They were very nice, but the result was not good. There was confusion on what I wanted, so my nail plate was overfilled as they filed for prep twice. The structure is not there either. No apex, and the gel is really thick near the cuticle, and it’s lumpy. She also did a poor job with shaping, and took the side wall (just one side on every single nail) of my natural nails in way too far. Some of my nails are a bit crooked, but not this crooked. Now all of my natural nails are wrecked, and I may not be able to save them like this. I may have to take them all off and completely redo them myself. I will have to go out and buy tips as I use forms at home and she took too much of the side of my natural nails to be able to form them properly. It’s a shame cause I love this color, and this was for my first marriage anniversary 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess if you want it done right, do it yourself

Came on a Saturday night, thought it was amazing how detailed they were at cleaning till I noticed one of the things they were cleaning was used foot pedicure slippers, I’m assuming to reuse. Little concerned at what else may be reused. Pedicure otherwise was nice!

This place is so so bad. First of all the wait and service was awful when I had an appointment. The nails itself took so long. I got an acrylic refill and they broke off within like 4 days. THEN when I went back to get my nails fixed less than a week later they were rude and took so long to even come up to me I just had to leave. Not to mentioned extremely overpriced.

i’ve been coming here for almost 3 years for pedicures and at first it was great, callus removal and massage and walk-in’s on sunday mornings and very nice people. however, the last 3 times i’ve come, the massages are literally just them lightly rubbing their hands on your calves and i leave without calluses removed. i just left what will be my final visit to this location: same weak massage, barely any callus removal, then the polish would NOT dry…i sat under the dryer for 25+ minutes and finally had to go, asked them to spray my toes and hoped to blast them with the ac on my drive home to set them. i get home and take my flip flops off and barely ding my big toe - ruined. i just felt them all and they’re ALL still tacky and not dry, now i just paid $60 plus $10 tip to redo my own pedicure at home… further, they used to have a lot more color selections and most of their non-gel OPI’s are now watered down, which is probably why my polish won’t dry - it was likely thinned out with a non compatible thinner instead of purchasing a new bottle. will go elsewhere.

Second time going in for a predicure plus facial waxing. I was satisfied with their service but they added a $4 tip to my card once I had left. I had already paid tip in cash. Not a great way to do business. I would advise paying cash only so this doesnt happen to you! *Edit:The owner reached out and investigated the tip charge was entered in error and resolved the issue.

I made an appointment for an acrylic FILL-IN. When I sat down, she started cutting off my acrylics and told me that there "is no acrylic fill in" and my only option is to pay for a completely new set. (Something I have NEVER heard of before.) My appointment was in the evening, and by the time my new set was applied, she and the rest of the staff was clearly ready to close up shop. Because of the big rush, almost every single one of my cuticles ended up cut and bleeding. She apologized, but that does not really excuse it. I'm 99% sure she applied liquid bandage because by the time I got home, my nail beds were flooded with dried blood. Actually a horror story of a nail salon. Not to mention they charge for SHAPING your nails after you pay $50 for them to be applied. DO NOT GO!!

KJ did such a great job with my gel French manicure. I work in healthcare so I often can’t have super cute nails, but I work with what I have and I couldn’t be happier. Their prices are on the higher end, but I’m very pleased with the outcome.
