I have always come here and never had a complaint. Today; however, I am a little upset. The service was not good. I walked into the salon at 2:50 pm to find no one waiting which is quite unusual. I chose my color for my pedicure and took a seat. In the time I sat, three people finished and walked out. The technicians that were working on these customers then walked into a back room. I am assuming to take a break which everyone deserves. What I am upset with is that I sat for nearly twenty minutes before they came out of the back room and called me to the chair.I totally understand that at times people need to wait, but under these circumstances, knowing customers were waiting, I feel waiting for nearly twenty minutes is unacceptable. One thing I might add is that I noticed the owner/manager was not here.

I was very excited to get a pedicure on 7/25/2025 after I visited my mom who is ill. I live an hour away and I love getting a pedicure at the salon. I asked for a Grape Spa Pedicure. It wasn’t until the technician put in the 2nd part of the spa packet that I saw that it was a Lavender spa packet. I didn’t say anything bc I thought the technician would say something. The difference between the two pedicures is $10. The technician should have said that there weren’t anymore Grape pedicures and see if I wanted a different one. I left not happen especially when she questioned my tip. If she corrected the mistake she would have gotten more.

Update: I have been going to this place for over 2 years and their quality has declined. Last 2 dip powders started chipping within hours of getting them done. I ignored it as one off and inexperienced techs. So I got a gel manicure and within 2 days the layers are coming off. The finish was off from the beginning. The staff had become extremely rude as well. Time to find a new place now. Good quality work.

I just wanted to say that Jenny did such an amazing job on my nails I LOVE them so much, Best set ever so far! Also to the lady who did my toes I’m so sorry I forgot to ask her name but she had her hair in a bun, anyways she was so super sweet and really took her time!!! Thanks for always being the best!!

Not really sure what’s happened to this place. I have come here for manicure/pedicures for the last 5+ years and have always been happy, but this last time I went I left really unsatisfied. I got a pedicure with callous remover, and the whole pedicure lasted ten minutes at most. I also got gel nails. The woman working on my nails was rushing and made two of my cuticles bleed. Not even one week after my service, my gel nails are lifting at the sides and one nail has peeled off. I’m on maternity leave and am definitely not rough on my hands, this has never happened before. I’ll probably give it another shot and hope this was just a one-off experience. To the owner: I don’t know how to message you directly, but I was there May 31st around noon. I do not know the name of the nail tech.

Clumpy nails! Usually when I go to this place they do a very good job, and that is why I did not give them one star. I must have gotten a new tech today because she did a very poor job. She even cut underneath the nail bed of my left thumb!! The way this tech put the gel on so my nail was incorrect. She put the gel on very THICK and it became bumpy on the nailbed. When you put gel on a nail you’re supposed to use a thin layer and make it smooth. That is with the man who works here does on my nail, but it’s too bad everyone wants him to do their nails. Now I see why. Instead she made my nails clumpy. Also she did not file my nails the same. Some are straight, some are wavy, but I even have a pinky that is filed at an angle??! I was not happy with the work and I did not want to leave the nail technician a tip. I don’t know why I feel bad for her and let her keep $1, but I really should not have tipped!!

Very nice. I get the full set with gel and it lasts about 3.5 weeks. They're really sweet and professional. We've been going for months and I leave satisfied. This set was $70 and I think it was worth it.

Worst experience ever. Had to remind the gentleman to exfoliate/scrub the heals of my feet, which he hardly did and he took hardly anytime even bothering to clean my cuticles around my toes or my nails. Never mind the fact that he DRY cut my cuticles and tried to tell me they had to be cut that way because I was using gel polish. A simple google search will tell you that’s a lie. But the topping on the cake was when he went to paint my nails and painted them all outside the lines. Again trying to tell me it was just the polish was no good and I needed to pick another color. There was nothing wrong with the color. I had just used it on my toes. He just couldn’t paint in the lines. I had to end up asking for someone else to paint them. Made my whole experience there awful. Getting my mani/pedi is “MY TIME”. and he ruined it for me. Terrible service provided, terrible follow up by the owner who clearly saw a customer in distress and didn’t care, and terrible products because whatever they used came right off anyway so I guess the whole “you can’t get your hands wet or the gel won’t stick” theory is out the window. What a waste of money! Now I have to go pay somewhere else to have it sone

Solid salon in terms of nails (I've had several nail technicians and they were all pretty good)... however, their customer service is poor. Don't bother making an appointment because they will often make you wait for an extended period of time anyway, even when you arrive promptly. Also, if you're going to be 2 minutes late, call or else your technician will take someone else.

This was my favorite nail salon for years but lately I see a decline in the service. I am 68 and I see that they are not happy to take an older woman. Not one word is spoken to me. A brisk tap to the foot qwas the only communication. The woman that I had today scowled the whole time, was very rough and rushed through the pedicure. This is not a fluke - it has been the last few times. Time to find a new Salon. The management should take notice of the attitude of many of the new younger technicians. However, it is very clean and affordable. Which is why I did come her for years.
