I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in Friday around 5 PM for a mani and pedi. I asked for a simple yellow French tip with flowers on both my hands and feet. To start, my cuticles weren’t even touched during the manicure, and the flowers I requested were never added. I let that slide. Then came the pedicure. It was close to closing time, but Henry asked if I still wanted one—I said yes and chose the #6 package, which is supposed to last 55–60 minutes. I started at 7:00 PM and was done by 7:12. Twelve minutes. While I was getting the pedicure, one of the girls came over and asked Henry if he was done yet. Another one joined and they were clearly talking about me choosing the #6, confirming they knew which service I paid for because one of them even held up six fingers and was looking over at me. I even offered to switch to the basic package so I wouldn’t keep them longer, but Henry said it was okay. So I thanked him and let it go—but again, twelve minutes for a nearly hour-long service? I still didn’t complain. I even tipped. But then, by Sunday—just two days later—three of my nails on my left hand had already fallen off. By Monday, a fourth one fell off. I work an office job, no heavy lifting, and today’s my day off—I’ve been relaxing. There’s no reason they should be popping off like that. I called to express my concerns. The manager said to come in today to fix it. I explained that I don’t feel comfortable going back because the staff already made me feel uneasy. I also don’t have time—I work, have a toddler, I’m pregnant, and I go to school. My schedule is really busy and again, I don’t feel comfortable going back especially after how I was treated. He kept cutting me off, repeating that they don’t do refunds, and if I didn’t want it fixed, then that was my problem. Then he hung up on me. I’m just hurt and frustrated. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a luxury. I paid for quality service and lasting results, and got neither. I don’t recommend this place especially if you expect to get what you pay for.

I picked this place because of the photos they posted online. They seemed pretty capable of complex designs, however i asked for an ambre base w a cateye french tip. And they were not able to accomplish that. I ended up getting a full cateye base w gold abstract lines, nothing super complex, however the lines are pretty said. Not quality work in my experience. Paid 93 for a pedi and gel manicure w cateye and desgin.

I had the most incredible experience at today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is so relaxing and chic, with a modern yet cozy vibe that makes you feel at home. The nail technicians are truly skilled! They took their time, ensuring that every nail was perfect. Not only was the service impeccable, but the staff also made sure to check in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. The massage chairs are super comfy, and they offer complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. Overall, I can't recommend this salon enough. It's clear that they care about providing a high-quality, personalized experience for every client. I'll definitely be back for my next mani-pedi and will be telling all my friends about this gem.

I've had my nails done by many people, but Jenny stands out with her attention to detail and patience. My nails looked flawless and lasted longer than anywhere else I've been.

Don’t waste your money!!! Daphne was rude and left my nails looking horrible and didn’t want to fix them

This place does an amazing job. Costumer service is really good. The girl that did my nails is Amy. She did such an amazing job! I love them so much!!!

Rambo is very gentle but thorough. He removed all the dead skin and left my nails looking clean and healthy.
