Nails Perfect

Lee and Tammy always do a fantastic job. The environment is so relaxing. I really enjoy my ME time when I go in here. The shop is always so clean and all the people are always very friendly. I get my nails done just about every 3weeks and they do a great job every time. My nails could probably go a full month before actually needing to get them redone.

My mom and I both got acrylic sets today. My design is horrible and the man that did them(who I believe is the owner) was very rude. The man that did my moms cut her cuticles and cut her actual nail bed while trying to cut her cuticle. Please save yourself money and do not go here.

Large Building with NICE Comfortable massage chairs. Relaxing environment with mood lighting and peaceful sound level. This facility was very clean during my visit. The staff was very friendly and inviting and welcoming to your needs Nice Selection of colors to choose from here. The pedicure turned out wonderfully. Price for services very reasonable. February 21, 2021, I walked into Nails Perfect for a Pedicure and Full Set. The pedicure went well, but once I sat down for a full set that's when the services started to decline. I was asked what services I wanted , and was led to a table. Once at the table, the same man who led me there, started the process of soaking the pervious set off while asking me again what did I want. During the soaking , I was uprooted from my seat to another table where another man was stationed. As I sat down, the first man then told the other nail tech what I wanted, and so he proceed to finish my nails. After a few minutes, the first man returned , looked at my nails, and told the tech he wasn't doing the correct services. That infuriated him and then he proceed to tell me I told him the wrong thing to do. I told him that I didn't and that there was a miscommunication between him and the other man. The nail tech continued to tell me I told him wrong , but I again, told him that I didn't and that this conversation was between him and the other man. At this point, the nail tech had enough, and packed up his things, turned off the lamp, and walked out the door. The first man directed me to a lady who then began to do the services I wanted. As I sat and watch her, she did not shape or sand down my nails correctly. I told her they didn't look good. I had this feeling that her and the shop just wanting me out of there. Once she was finished, she walked me to the service desk to pay, and that's when I asked for the manager. She tells me there was no manager, and so I asked for the person who opened the salon that morning. She pointed to the first man I came into contact and I was hopeful, but that was short lived. Once he came to the counter, I told him the customer service was horrible and I asked for 20 off my services as I thought that was fair because services were done. We went back and forth for a while ,until he agreed on taking the money off. I will never come here again.

My daughter and I went here a few days ago and I am pleased with our service! My daughter had a gentleman do her nails and toes, and I had a lady do mine and she was very thorough on my nails and did not rush. I will be looking for her again.

I went in A WEEK ago and got a regular manicure with just regular polish. Here we are 7 days later and still looking like I just walked out of the nail shop. This was THE BEST and longest lasting regular manicure I've ever had! Will definitely be back

asked for red and black ombré and this is what i got. it’s awful, uneven, and not blended at all. i should’ve said something but i wanted to trust the process and then again they should’ve never looked like this. i went to united nails to get them fixed.

It's where I go. Depending on the day, there is usually a wait. I only get pedicures, but they do nails, too.

the best nail salon in jacksonville!! the guy that did my nails took his time to make sure they were perfect and did little extra steps most nail artists don’t do. he was also super nice and the price isn’t bad at all.
