went in on a Thursday morning, not busy at all. Showed a picture to the man doing my nails (I didn’t get a new although it would’ve been nice to know since I loved the way my nails turned out) didn’t talk the entire 45 min I was there but that’s okay because I was tired from my graveyard shift. Every place I’ve gone my nails were too thick, not the right shape or crooked. Loved the way these turned out. I will be returning! Acrylics were $58 with tip it turned out to $69! No issues!
I am pleasantly surprised with my service here! It was very clean and I got in right away - no wait! I got a pedicure and it was done very well. My toenails look great! She took the time to trim up my cuticles and give me a long foot/leg massage with lotion and a hot towel! They also have a large selection of colors! No complaints here! I'll be coming back for sure.
I was disappointed with our experience here. When my daughter and I arrived, there were only two employees and no other customers, yet we were made to feel like an inconvenience from the start. They wouldn’t give my five year old a pedicure, saying she was too young, but agreed to paint her nails. I decided to stay, but wish we would have left. The service itself was underwhelming. My pedicure ended up with bubbly polish, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. My daughter sat quietly next to me in a pedicure chair after having her nails painted (only one other person in the salon at the time), and during my pedicure decided to turn on the massage feature, the nail tech abruptly got up and turned it off without a word. She looked confused and sad, and I was frustrated by how unkind the staff were throughout our visit.
I’m not one to write a review but this is a little ridiculous. When I first walked in and asked if I could be seen, the woman looked me up and down and said “yeah”. My cuticles are so raw and cut up I’m worried they might get infected. The man who did my nails didn’t even brush the dust off my fingers from my old set before starting this one. When I asked if they could do chrome he brings over a basket, sets it down, and just says “chrome.” My fault for not speaking up because of how much pain I was in while he was filing my fingers raw. Forget the fact that the nails look nothing like the picture I showed and honestly they are not my style. But they’re just nails I can deal with not loving them. Giving two stars because I’ve had a pedicure here before by the same man and he did a great job then.
Made an appointment and absolutely loved our experience! My husband and I both got pedicures and they did so awesome! Got us right in for our appointment, they were very friendly & clean! They did an amazing job on my gel pedicure!! I’m on week 4 of my gel pedicure and there is no lifting or chipping! Highly recommend!! Absolutely love love love this salon! Visited on 12/31/23 and had an amazing experience!!! These ladies are so nice and friendly! I was complemented on my hair and had an awesome foot and leg massage!!! 5 stars again!!
I went in for a pedicure. I was in Casper to watch soccer and was so excited I could work this little luxury in for myself. I was sadly disappointed. The atmosphere was not friendly, the gentleman never massaged my feet at all and I had to ask to have my calluses filed. He acted very put out. I did not give a tip and will never got back.
This salon is a joke, on a short trip I had the worst acrylic nail set by the gentleman with a short man complex. He is incredibly unskilled, applied the acrylic so thick, and even threw a tantrum because he kept spilling the top coat on himself. I kept my composure and simply wrote poor service on the receipt and he chuckled. Imagine laughing at a client when you clearly need to go back to nail school. Keep the change and apply it to your training, my regular nail tech will be removing these.
5 stars hands down the best place in Casper for pedicures! I can't attest to the nails as I don't get them done at all
If I could put zero stars, I would. Not impressed. Treated us like we were an inconvenience, were so rough on my hands my cuticles were bleeding. Owner/manager yelled at me in store because I asked for a manicure over the phone(meaning acrylic set but wasn’t clear) but wanted acrylics as we got there, had an inspo pic to show. Sure my fault for poor communication but for the own manager to yell at me and rant about it for 10 minutes. Not okay. Customer service is the least of their priorities.
Went to get pedicure and manicure. The massage and skin removal on the foot was zero. Asked for a lemon design on my daughter’s nail and they painted a dark green oval/blob and continued to tell me that it was a lemon. I have a $20 tip and they told me it wasn’t enough of a tip (it was more than 20% of a tip for my bill). Would not recommend this nail salon.
