Vivis work is of the utmost quality, She is very knowledgeable and professional, and she always makes me feel valued and pampered. She's a great conversationalist, very kind, and takes pride in her work. I will never ever go anywhere else for my nail services. Truly the best in San Angelo
I LOVE this place! I use to go to Venus Nail Salon but I felt like the quality of services had went down, so I tried this place out- I have had 3 sets of acrylic nails and a pedicure and every service was great! Everyone is polite and they keep everything nice and clean! They get you in and out in a reasonable time with quality results! Will always recommend them!
If you are going for a pedicure it is a nice place but do not I REPEAT DO NOT GO for acrilic nails. Not only are the nails crooked but they also talk bad about the clientele while they're doing the nails. I wanted a simple color and line design on one finger, but after ripping off my old set without soaking them and not even drying the first coat before they started to layer on the second and clear coat I was in shock...By far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This happened less than 2 hours ago.. beware and save yourself I have to find someone to fix these today!!!
I am not impressed at all. Everyone was super nice when I first got there. I told them my daughter and I wanted dip nails AND a manicure. I was seated with my nail tech And I explained to her that I wanted a dip nail set. My nails are very thin and tear so I asked for tips to be put on. When cutting down the tips she cut my thumb so short she cut the whole tip off and just said “oh, it will just be short”. People stated coming in and she started to rush. She asked me to wash my hands and when I came back she was asking for payment. I politely reminded her about my manicure which she said I didn’t need.I insisted that I wanted a manicure she sat me down and just cut my cuticles dry. She acted like it was such an inconvenience. I asked her to clean up under my nails where my skin was stuck to the nails and she made me bleed on 2 nails. I was over it by that point. I went and sat with my daughter while they were finishing up her nails. She was unhappy. She asked for a design which she told her she couldn’t do. Another lady came over and just drew 2 lines which was not what she asked for. They didn’t have the color to match the dip she got. Her lady at least soaked her fingers and gave her a manicure. Felt very rushed and when I brought up “extra” that I wanted done it was a huge inconvenience and did a half job just to move me along. I’m a paying customer. If I ask for something I expect to get it. I will pay AND. be a very generous tipper if you just give me the time and attention while I am there.
the guy that did my nails ruined my nails completely they ripped my pinky nail off and my other pinky is digging into my cuticles and making it bleed he ruined my nails and im pretty sure he was training cause there was a lady watching over him i had an awful time and my nails are ruined. other than that the woman who did my toes was fantastic
I have visited this salon many times in the past and for the most part really like their work. I was very excited to find I had a gift certificate from a while back, so I went for a pedicure. They wouldn’t honor the gift certificate, because it had expired. It did not have an expiration date anywhere on it, so I didn’t know there was a deadline. I will admit it was from 2019, but no where on it, not even in the fine print did it say that it expired. I was going to stay and pay for the entire pedicure, but another client said I was being rude because I wasn’t talking in private with the lady doing someone else’s nails. She initiated conversation with me. I did not yell. I did not speak rudely. At this point, I chose to leave, without receiving the service. To me it’s the principle. I had no way of knowing the gift certificate was expired. They lost a client over what would have been 1/3 of the service. If you enjoy their work, I agree, it’s acceptable. Just don’t buy a gift certificate without making sure they put an expiration date on it.
The best place to get your nails done! Very clean, thorough, and professional!! It’s football season and I always do some type of football nails, and Viví did a great job! The picture doesn’t do the job justice!
Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten she trimmed my cuticles all the way down without cutting me and cut any ingrown toenails I had. Only leaving 4 stars because it was way more expensive than I thought! My manicure came out good as well. I would go back to her again, this place is nice just expensive.
I've lived in San Angelo 7 years now. I've been to just about every nails salon this is the only place I go in San Angelo. Great staff never a line when my 8 year old and I visit.
1. They made me feel rushed to pick a color for my pedicure. 2. The lady doing my pedicure cut my toe. 3. Did not like that they were doing my finger nails at the same as my pedicure. I didn’t get to enjoy my pedicure. 4. Told the man doing my fingernails that I wanted the dip color that matched my toenails. He came back with a totally different green color. Told him that it didn’t match but he insisted that it was the same color as my toenails. First and last time I go there.
