This was my to go place for my nails, I have travel from Forney to this place for several years and I was happy with their work BUT I came Friday Oct 10th. It was the WORST experience. They started doing my pedicure so everything was fine so far until the manicure lady came to start my nail and the nightmare started, I had no support in my arm, She was rushing, and hurting my fingers, she keeps telling me to relax my hand, how I'm supposed to be relaxed when she was hurting me and doing a very bad job, I told her to redo some fingers because the nail didn't look straight like the others, she cut one of my nails so badly. SHE KEPT TELLING TO RELAX, Are you serious?? I definitely will not come back and DEFINITELY Do not recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible ! I went with my mom we both wanted pedicures they charged me $55 and they wanted to charge her $65 for the exact same thing the last who did my nails last week was rushing so bad my nails have already fallen off it’s only been 1 week and I paid $70 for a simple French she didn’t even add a bottom color she rushed so bad !!
My first time coming here. They are professional and the most sanitary nail shop I've been to. After evey pedicure someone brushes, not rinse, the tools and disinfects the chairs. Only two CONs both are my issues: 1. They did not help me pick my. nail color. 🤣 2. I must file nails again at home because its a 15 yr habit. Nothing about Tech.
I just got a basic acrylic French tip, I didn’t catch his name, but it was a younger gentleman with small gold earrings, he was extremely nice, focused and detailed. He prepped my nails properly!! (I’ve had issues with my nails popping off if not enough primer was used/ or the whole area wasn’t covered) The ventilation in the building was exceptionally well, no intense overbearing acetone smells, (which is amazing because I usually get headaches a few hours after being in a salon) but I’ve been twice and no headaches! 🤞🏻 I like that it is very calm and quiet with soft lighting and relaxing music playing in the background. Everyone is extremely friendly and I felt welcome, even as a walk -in. Only thing I will say is i wish they offered bottled water, cause i got thirsty. But maybe they do, I didn’t ask. I’m shy. Lol
I liked that place because it was close to my house and Mr. Flips did very pretty nails, but with the lady's attitude, I didn't feel like going anymore. She's just laughing at the customers along with the employees, and it doesn't look good for her to do that because if the customers don't have a job, the lady needs to change her attitude because it's not a good example she's setting as the owner's wife
Absolutely horrific. I rarely do anything for myself and work hard, nobody should be shuffled in by a car pool of late people from a filthy parking lot and man handled the way I was. Refusing to do the color I want was the least of my problems! My polish so poorly cleaned it's coming through the edges of my powder dip, never instructed me to go wash, electric drill injuries all over my skin, the man pinched my fingers so hard they all were stinging from numbness. Go anywhere but here unless you are desperate like I was
Walked in and they took me immediately. So kind and did a great job! The massage was great
He really didn't do what I asked for. Tried to pop off my old set instead of soaking off like I asked. Wanted a powder diped French manicure but he did gel. Pedicure was fine.
The owner is the nicest person, he is willing to solve any discomfort you have with your nails.
Do not come here. We got there at 2 didn’t leave until 4:55 and did a terrible job. Paid 70 and a 20$ tip….
