lousy experience. I feel like I wasted my money. They did a very disgusting job for me. They didn't remove the paint from my previous job, so you can see the old color around and under the nails. The new color shows the thickness, the layers and holes. And only two days after having made them in that place they begin to peel. Horrible and also expensive. Bad service. It seems as if they are giving you the job despite how expensive it is and they do everything in a hurry and fast.
This place is horrible. It was our first time there and the place smells like it needs to be aired out and not a nail polish smell. My girlfriend just got a gel manicure done yesterday and it already looks terrible. Their language is a barrier also with communication and understanding. As you can see she didn't even push her cuticles back and the acrylic is already cracking on the sides.
Do not go here! You will waste your money. I got my nails done AFTER they messed up the first time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I got my nails done 6 days ago! And one has already fallen off! My nails have barely grown out. Terrible business!
Hannah’s work is so awesome. She always listens and understands exactly what I need. I’m never disappointed when I go in for some me time. Thanks lady bug you’re the best 💕 …
Dip powder, the lady did it way too fast, put too much polish that nails couldn’t even dry, I told her and she said that. that’s how they suppose to be. $75 is not worth it never will go here again. I do not recommend this place at all.
I have gone there the past 5 times to get my nails done and only 2 out of the 5 times I have left happy. Today I went and the lady doing my nails was very nice but did not do a good job. My nails looked like teeth and were very thick and that seems to be a reacquiring issue. I ended up having to go to me local Walmart to get stuff to take them off because of how upset I left. Just please be aware.
Once again a perfect job by Angela!!! Thank you!! They are just what I wanted. Go see Angela she is the best!!
Always a great experience, they do use almond oil base so beware if you have nut allergies. I always just get the basic pedicure and they use lotion instead of oil but the other pedicures have scrubs that have almond oil in them.
I got there when they opened. I asked for a certain design and they tell me that nobody in the place can do a design. They tell me to wait til the lady that maybe can do it to come in. She comes in, puts a lady in front of me when I was already there, and then she tells me she can’t do it because there’s already a top coat on my nail. So I waited for that whole time, for that lady, to get it done. They were talking about me in their language, and it was obvious by how they were looking at me, and some of the words I could understand. I was a regular at this place too!!! Then they tell me another girl can do my design. Which I was told nobody else knew how. The girl was there this whole time. So they tell me to wait…again!!! They are rude. I was getting a pedicure another time. The guy was fast and didn’t do it correct, the pedicure I picked, because he wanted to go home. I’ll never go back!!!! Do not go here!!!!!!
If I could put 0 stars I would: I went in asking for gel & the manager ended up showing me the new ombré powder nails when I didn’t want them but went with it bc the concept looked beautiful. I ended up getting an older lady who SHOULD NOT BEING DOING nails.. I was there for an HOUR an all she ended up doing was taking the polish off! she redid the same finger 4X it was ridiculous. Ended up having to leave and go over to NAIL BAR who did an amazing job. They truly need to do some training there bc the quality is low, they have one decent tech and the others are just awful. Don’t waste your time or money going here.
I come here all the time with my 5 girls and today I walked out ! I won’t be back . Today i came in and they said it would be a few minutes to take a seat so I did . 7 people came in after me for pedicures and they took the right away ! …
Horrible place to get your nail done at. I will not recommend. The male/women let more than 3 people go before me. As I still patiently waited , then I even told him. On top of the that the quality of the nail service is horrible nails lifted 3rd day! I would never recommend.
The Facebook page says a basic pedicure is 30 and a powder dip full set is 40. In store they are listed as 35 and 45. I got both and was charged 100, that doesn't add up. They said since I got "long" nails it was extra. A full set is long …
I’ve gone here since I was little and they always do a great job. They always treat there customers with respect and kindness.
Since changing from D&D Nails to D Nails, the service of this nail salon has went WAY down. They've been using too wide of a tip for small nail beds, which makes your nails look like man …
I went in on a Friday when they do not do appointments and it was chaos. People seemed unsure of what to do because of this. An older gentlemen sat me down to take off my existing gel polish and he did a poor job filing and wrapping them …
The woman there named Amy has done a terrible job on my nails twice. She painted over black nail polish with purple, told her to cut them down and she didn’t do that either.
I took my daughter to have a girl's day and her first pedicure experience. Seeing as though they have kid seats set up, I thought it would be a fun day for her. The nail tech was so mean and rude to my child bc she would sit forward to watch the pedicure. I can handle being rude to me directly but not pointed to my child.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to have my nails done here, but I am completely disappointed. My overall experience was bad. I feel as if the tech was inexperienced in what she was doing and when I would ask to have specific done stuff I …
I got a fill in and toes polished. The design I originally wanted was so simple and couldn’t get it. I believe it was due to the time it would take for the design. The prices are higher it was 30 just for gel polish on my toes. No pedicure …
