Very overpriced and mediocre results. I came to get a pedicure which was $40. I asked for cats eye, and was told it was an additional $15. I also painted my nails with the same polish, which again I was assured it was $15. Everything should have totaled $70. At check out I was charged $130, because they also charged an additional 55 for gel polish. When I argued about the price I was told it was $40 + $20 for gel and $15 on top of that for catseye. Overall I paid $130 to have my nails painted, no dip gel, no acrylic, no additional costs for designs just polish. Additionally, the design was executed poorly. The results were mediocre at best. I’ve posted what I ask for vs what I got. While the workers are nice, the prices are unreasonable . I’ve been coming here for 2 years, and I will not be back.

My daughter liked going here and wanted to join her. The nail tech cut open 3 of my cuticles and in my opinion gave a disappointing manicure. Most upsetting is that this place didn’t even offer to discount after slicing open my cuticles. He just said sorry and then didn’t clean the wound. I had to ask to rinse my hand to get the dust out of my cut. I hope I don’t get an infection. Will not be coming back.

Two days after paying over $120 for a gel manicure and pedicure, the polish began peeling. When I returned, I was made to wait while others were served immediately. A week later, they wanted $70 for a polish change—offering only small discounts for cash or card. Poor quality products and dismissive service. Not worth the money.

I’ve been here twice now. The first time was a simple red dip with chrome and they looked really good! I went in today for acrylic and nail design. The tech was super harsh on my nails and when I told him he apologized, but kept being just as rough. After he was done shaping them, a few of them were crooked, I asked him if they could be evened out. After a few times of trying, I ended up asking him to stop because they kept getting worse. The color is patchy and the design ended up being very chunky. I also asked for a specific design on my thumb, he said he could, but ended up making it match my other finger. Maybe it was just a new tech, but I really did not enjoy my experience. Ended up paying $95 for nails I didn’t like…

Absolutely unbeatable service! John is absolutely spectacular and has such a kind and warm personality. They’ll even offer you complimentary drinks! My nails always come out stunning and last so long! Thank you guys for being so awesome!

First time I went I loved it! The massage chairs the service and even the free drinks are good. This time the man didn’t even bother to rub the lotion on my feet at all he just did my legs. My feet looked crusty walking out the door from just getting a 57 dollar pedicure. Also when I first went back to sit in the chair I noticed it didn’t look as clean as before. They had a bunch of water in the floor and also a bug that the man threw a towel over and scooped up before I could get a picture.

I am so glad to have found this nail salon! Every tech has done such a meticulous job - my dip manicures last for ages even though I’m hard on my hands. As a walk-in I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Great clean salon, nice people too ❤️

Horrible experience. I have been several times because I live near, but I will not return again. I brought my sister and mom hoping for a nice girls time out. They were rude. They have drinks but was not offered anything - not even water - when everyone else was offered. They never asked my sister the type of pedicure she wanted - but assumed she wanted basic and gave her that without considering what she wanted. He never apologized. Never acknowledged how rude they were being. I never got cuticle oil. I was left sitting wondering if she was done. Mistakes on my polish. With so many other nail salons nearby, you would think they would do better. Horrible service.

They did such a great job with our pedicures we also did manicures. My sister in-law and I both thought the deluxe pedicures were fabulous!! The salon was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and great at their jobs.

Disappointed experience, asked for full set.. the tech had issues understanding what I wanted which was ok but she got offended when I requested help and became rude. Usually a great place I enjoy but questioning if I need to go back. Positive the owner came and fixed the issue ✨️, and pedicure was great

They have been my nail salon for over a year now! Love them, their kindness and the owners charm! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I have lived in the area for over 6 years and been to approximately 4 different nail salons... this one has become my new favorite! The ambiance is great, they always offer a drink with my service, and my tech, Amy, is always so nice and takes her time. She also convinces me to step out of the box!

I love this place. I've came for many nail sets. The front desk and customer service is so sweet and helpful I cannot express how kind they are! However, my nail lady Miss.Amy gets me right everytime! One of my favorite people ever, I can show her a crazy set I had in mind and she'll do it 10x better than expected.

Excellent experience at 5 Nail Lounge. I chose the location because of the prior reviews and was not disappointed. Their range of services are extensive and in my opinion better than most salons. If you go, ask for Johnny! He did a fantastic job on my nails. 100%!

My fiancé and I had a great experience the ladies were really nice and handled us with great care.I had been trying to convince him for quite a while to get pampered up with me and they truly didn’t disappoint for his first time.Definitely deserves more than 5 stars we will be returning.🤩 …
