Lindsey was absolutely incredible. I brought my special needs child into get a cut and not only did she listen to exactly what he wanted but he sat completely still for her which never happens. I will absolutely be coming back to see her regularly

The manager of this establishment provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They allowed someone to bring my daughter in an completely alter her appearance and give her a very mature haircut at 9 years old. They didn’t ask to speak to a parent they didn’t ask if the adult had the right to bring her in and I called told them my experience was that of shock and I felt like moving forward it would be a good idea to verify that a parent consented to the child’s look being altered that drastically. The manager was rude, she raised her voice, she cut me off and really had no empathy for the situation at hand. I am disgusted by this establishment. I can’t answer your reply: it wasn’t my mother who brought her in, my mother is dead. It was her step-grandmother who brought her in. I was very calm when I spoke to Brandy the stylist who did this cut she actually put the manager on the phone because the purpose of the call was to give my experience in hopes of evoking a policy change for minors because this cut is a drastic change and I’m her only legal guardian and I was not consulted before this took place! The point I became frustrated was when your manager cut me off, raised her voice, and got a hateful tone with me. I wouldn’t suggest this place for someone to get their dogs haircut never mind a human being. There was zero empathy or understanding for the trauma I endured today at the hand of this establishment. You can’t just replace hair that you cut that’s a long term physical change! You probably wouldn’t like it if someone altered your child without your consent in such a drastic way. I hope anyone reading this gets a clear picture of what happened and if you have questions feel free to reach out and I’ll provide before and after pictures privately. This wasn’t a trim. They have given my daughter a mature woman’s hair cut at 9 years old and couldn’t care less that it’s HORRIBLE!

Lyndsey is AMAZING. The whole staff is wonderful, but she is my go to. Beard detail and haircut is some of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend!

Great service.. Mackenzy was aboustly amazing .. did a great job cutting my 4 year olds hair.. we have struggled for years getting his hair cut and she handled it perfectly!! Highly recommend!!

Went today with a coupon for a free MVP experience and I can honestly say it was the best hair cutting experience I've ever had! I wasn't even asked to leave a review but the hair stylist did such a good job I wanted to voluntarily come and give her and sport clips a 5 star. She was a very pretty woman and was very good at making you feel comfortable and relaxed, she seemed confident and all the things you want someone giving you a hair cut to be! Nobody likes having a nervous person cutting their hair lol! ( she was nowhere near nervous!) As I previously mentioned, she was confident in what she was doing and she did amazing. And I gave her a hard canvas to work with. My hair and beard had grown out so much I looked like a homeless caveman lol. When I Left, "Naomi" had me looking like a handsome young man with a awesome looking beard. Naomi was a awesome stylist and I'd recommend her to everyone. (Even at moments when people or stylist normally feel awkward doing a strangers hair she still felt and looked confident in everything that she did) I don't know her outside of that place but I would say she is a really nice person outside of there as well because she has a very peaceful atmosphere as well as happy, where you can relax and be comfortable it was an overall great experience but Naomi knocked it out of the park!! Lol (sports reference) 🤣

Nena gave me the best hair cut I ever had she was awesome best hair cutter in Tennessee by far Nena is who you going to want to cut your hair she does it right don't hurries so make sure you tip her good because she take the time to do it right

Great friendly and welcoming environment. First time there and had little to no wait time, although I was waiting for a specific worker. Would definitely go here again to get my next haircut! Special thanks to Norma for helping me decide how to cut my hair!
