it was my first time there in a really really long time like maybe almost 7 years or more. Everything was updated and clean and cute and the customer service was really good. The girl OK that did my nails really ate down. I got a long tapered square natural color with gemstones she really did that. i can't wait to go back

This was my first time at this location. I live in Ohio and this place was closer to my hotel. EVERYONE WAS SO NICE TO ME! The prices are very reasonable! The layout is so nice and bright. I’d love to come back whenever I’m back in Rhode Island! 5 stars across the board for me!

Honestly they have the best selections I’ve seen in the city and surrounding areas for chrome/cat eye gel polish, and they have neon and jelly nails as well. I went in for a hard gel fill today and got the green cat eye polish that I have pictured here, but beyond my manicure… I suffer from occasional fainting spells triggered by hot weather due to vasovagal syncope and low blood pressure, and unfortunately experienced one during my nail appointment today while my gels were curing in the UV light (it can make your nails feel pretty warm.) I regained consciousness quickly because Kim and Maria leapt to attention and caught me. I woke to Kim pouring sips of water into my mouth, they put my hair up, applied a cold compress, brought over a fan, and even helped me remove my flannel and gave me a coconut water. Maria was especially reassuring, as she told me the same thing happens to her mom. Usually when this happens to me in front of others I feel scared and embarrassed but they were so kind and supportive. Not only do my nails look amazing, but I also feel cared for.

I absolutely love Tnails! The new rebranding looks amazing – everything is so organized and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and always take their time to make sure you receive the best service possible. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 months and every single time I’ve left more than satisfied. The attention to detail, the relaxing atmosphere, and the genuine care they put into their work make this place stand out. If you’re looking for a nail salon that goes above and beyond, Tnails is the spot!

I had Kim and she was absolutely amazing!!! i’ve never been more in love with my nails!! here attention to detail is so admirable and appreciateddd!!! my friend had and she was so sweetttt and funny and also did an excellent job!!! only beautiful work and people over here!!! 10/10 would recommend!! not to mention THE PRICEEEE for what you get the price is honesty tooooo cheap!! this will definitely be my new nail spot!! I’ve been coming to T Nails for months now, with Kim being the new owner she has been nothing but amazing! She always make time for me and does my nails 💅 beautifully and neat. My Husband also cleans his nails now lol. For the years that I’ve gone to do my nails no one has compared to her kindness and her beautiful work. This was a recent manicure of my wedding nails, let me also add how it lasted a whole month and still looked nice. Many compliments were received 💕 love you Kim & Christian! Thank you for always making me feel welcomed and taking care of me!

Convenient location if you live in fed hill. Cute little salon, and everybody is sooooo nice. Klair, Kim & Kaila do such good work and they are lovely. If you have any problems I'm sure they'd help you figure it out because they want to make sure you're happy with your nails. I love the gel mani-pedi.

I just had the best pedicure at T Nails Salon thanks to Klair! She's absolutely awesome and gave me incredible service. I'll definitely be getting all my pedicures with her from now on!

Just got my nails and feet done by Kaila and Arianna and I am in LOVE! 💅🏽✨ they was super professional, took their time, and made sure everything came out perfect. My nails are flawless and my pedicure feels so fresh and clean—literally the best I’ve had in a while. Kim did my nails. I'm not sure if it was the Pride bracelet I wear or the scars on my hands, but she did not do a respectful job. I was very open about being in mourning and did not even notice until I had left. They rushed me out of a phone call and have not responded to messages. My nails are not tip-sealed, cuticles were not pushed, there is no top coat, paint is peeling, base coat is peeling. Did not realize until the end she had been cleaning my polish with her nails. I ended up having to chargeback to get it resolved. Will not return.

Excellent place to get top rated nail service. Note that these are gel finished nails. These are my personal nails, not tips,so size varies. I did a square rounded nail. Kim and her husband were kind and caring! My daughter and I will frequent this gem of a place!!!

I got a pedicure here and got French tips done. The man started my feet first and then Kim went in to cut and paint my nails. I understand customers were coming in but she zoomed through my nails and cut me a couple of times but the outcome was still good. They are definitely much friendlier and better than the last owners.
