⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my son in today to get a haircut because he has picture day next week. In the past, I haven’t had much success finding a stylist who truly understands the look I envision for him — and my son usually hates haircuts because he says they’re “boring.” That all changed today! We were greeted by a man named Lanier at Sport Clips in Westerville, and there was absolutely nothing boring about him. He made my son feel like part of the process and kept him engaged the entire time. Lanier took the time to listen to my past concerns and even explained how different cuts would achieve different looks. Throughout the haircut, he checked in with me to make sure I was happy with each step. His attention to detail and care were outstanding. The experience — and the final result — were nothing short of excellent. My son even said, “You should have tipped him $100!” Thank you, Lanier. We will definitely be back to see you!
They do no't honor their online sign in, so don't bother with it. Was next in line but because their system didn't update they took the next ones. Place also has a weird smell, it's either the place or the stylists. The location on Polaris is much better. AVOID HERE!!!
Came here for a haircut. The place had a good sport game vibe with many screens. My gentle barber did a great job with professional skills. Sport Clips surprisingly offered a free wash and spa service for first visit customers. The price was a little high. I paid $36 including tips.
Great first I was not a big fan of what they did but in like a few hours I realized it is the best haircut I have ever had just perfect and it fits who I am this is a great place I would recommend.
I’ve recently started coming here because I got a coupon in the mail. This has become my new default “haircut franchise”. Kira was very friendly. They really know what they are doing here. Thank you.
Eli is a top notch barber. Great attention to detail—very thorough without taking too long.
We checked in online, had to check in again once we got in the store, and then somehow while we were waiting our spot magically vanished from the top of the list when it was our turn after half an hour of waiting and the associate’s response was, “you will just have to check in again.” No effort was made to find out where our name went, just to check in again and be sent to the back of the que despite being in store waiting for half an hour when we had checked in. The whole point of checking in online is to avoid the wait, especially in store. No effort was made to find where our spot went after checking in and waiting in store, and the response from the staff member was essentially, “sucks to suck.” This location is the absolute worst and clearly the staff can’t be bothered with good customer service.

The new Manager stayed after her day was over so I didn’t have to wait. You don’t see that very often nowadays. She has a great personality and was very enthusiastic about her new position.
This Sports Clips experience was the worst thing in my whole life. Never go here I asked for them to get some hair off the back and I was fine with it but then I asked to take alitte off the top and they took off half of it. I am so unbelievably pissed off at these girls that cut my hair like I have never been so upset with a haircut in my life but this is the worst one I’ve had NEVER EVER GO HERE ⛔️⛔️
