Kim Nails

Mixed results each time. Sometimes they're rough with you (I thought my fingers were going to get dislocated or broken this last time, believe it or not fingers dont twist 360°. In addition, I've left with raw and split fingers) and other times there's no problem. Sometimes they understand what you ask them and sometimes they poke and pull at your ingrown toenail, making it bleed, even though you verified three times with them not to touch it. Sometimes they're happy to trim your nails and other times they're scowling the whole time they do it. Never fails, however, that they will have some sort of attitude with you. They talk quietly and not with clear pronunciation, yet get quickly frustrated when you dont hear or understand them. Sometimes the nails are nice and manicured, other times paint is every where, your fingers are glued down, and you still have hangnails. Overall, they have good skills but the customer service is horrible. Keep in mind, NO MATTER WHAT, they will always rush. Doesn't matter if they are full or only have three other customers they will always work too fast and be too rough. Still deciding whether or not the product is worth the pain of the process and dealing with the employees (and their children).

They charged me and my bff Over 70$ for French tips when in the board it says 45$ for French. & did not clean my toes before putting acrylic on them. She was twisting my fingers while doing filling them. She was mad over it when we asked why it was so much. + they fell off within a week.

My nails didn't last I did them on 08/24/2023 and today is 08/26/2023 and I already dropped one for no reason my arrangement was simple and they charged me 120 dollars to be like that and not last I plan to go to claim and it's more if the owner sees this message I hope he responds to me I'm not going to be scammed

My paint job was poor as well as my guest’s . I had a light pink color and I left with them patchy and almost translucent. Within 20 minutes of leaving the business, the paint started chipping away. Very unsatisfied. Upon return a year later, the quality has improved, but one of the jewels for design fell off within a day. $113 for shellac toes and full set French tip nails vs $85 elsewhere. Better quality than competitors but might not be worth the price gap

Good Place if they’re not in a rush. Make sure to pay in cash because they will change your tip to a greater amount than what you left left a five dollar tip and they gave them self a $15 tip

Overcharged me for an acrylic set. Their sign said 35 but they charged me 55. All the nails are shaped poorly. Asked for black nail polish but he barely added any coats and I could still see through the nail. This is the second time I've gone and he is so rough. I leave with my cuticles bleeding every time

Poor quality nails! Got my nails done the day before Thanksgiving and 2 fell of the day after. Went in to get my sisters nails done and they claimed we were too picky. If we're spending the money to pay you to do our nails done right we have every right to be picky.they didn't have the acrylic powder she wanted so she was going to to shellac. Then the man that works there created a scene and told us to go else where .. We will! We will bring our money to someone else!

The nail technicians did a great job on my nails and toenails. My nails look the best they ever have! The pedicure process was great, too. I will be returning next time I need my nails done!
