I went in to cover my roots and ended up with the best color and shaping I have had in a long time! It is clear from the time you are greeted and sit in the chair to the time you leave it that you are in the hands of an experienced professional! My color was much better than I even asked and so glad I followed his advice on adding some highlights and trim! My hair is the softest and healthiest it has felt in a long time! Will definitely be back and recommend this salon to everyone! I did buy some product and will definitely buy more as they are products I had never used before but am so thrilled by the results! The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly and I can’t wait to go back!

I bought a Milk Shake leave in moisturizer from them and this product changed my life! I use it after my wash when it’s still wet and then blow dry. It leaves my hair so soft and the smell is delicious! My husband got a haircut here for months now. They do a great job!

BEST technician, staff and services by far. I’m new to the area and was looking for a reputable person to color my blonde hair. This location was recommended by many in the area. I’m so happy I came! My son got a haircut and he absolutely loves it! I colored/cut and styled my hair and I am AMAZED by how professional, experienced and talented the man who helped me was. The woman at the front was so friendly and kind and he just blew me away with how he corrected my color and cut my hair to actually have a style. I have lived overseas a long time and received amazing services this is the best experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this location for all your needs and their products are the best around! The milkshake brand is phenomenal and I’ve only ever seen it overseas.

Hernan and his wife were very personable and willing to work with me. I know I was a very difficult case due to having splat (notoriously hard to remove, worst mistake I ever made by using it) on my previously bleached very fine hair. He did manage to lift a lot of the pink out without frying my hair and give me a much more even over all color. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I still had a little more pink left in it than I would have liked but I may come back for another session later on and have him lift some more out again. (If my hair can handle it.) They are Very nice people. They were also kind enough to send me home with a shampoo and conditioner to help preserve my results.

This place is awesome! He did a great job on my cut and color and they were very helpful in helping me get the right hair products. They are very nice and friendly people. Salon has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to my next appointment in December!

I only got a trim but I am obsessed with how my hair was treated and styled. My hair is past my shoulder blades, he handled my hair with no issues. He trimmed my sons hair as well. He was very confident, experienced, and very pleasant.

Firstly, I don't know how this hair salon even has a good rating. If I could rate this a zero star salon, I would. I'd like to mention that I'm not normally the type of person to leave reviews on Google, but this was quite possibly the worst experience my mother has ever had, and I won't stay silent about this. My mother wanted to try out a new hair color, that being a color in between a ginger and strawberry blonde. She was excited for this appointment and was hoping for great results, but never got the results she wanted. She has been talking about this for weeks and was really hopeful for a new hair color change. This was absolutely important to her. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm and it lasted for three hours total. The lady at the front desk was friendly and treated us well, but besides this, everything else was beyond horrible. Things took a turn for the worst when the man who colored my mother's hair would not listen to her concerns or listen to any of her ideas in mind. It was only after he'd bleached the hair he told her that he didn't have the hair color she wanted, but could either go grab some or make hair color that would be "very similar". After her hair was colored and blowdried, she noticed the color was a BRIGHT REDDISH ORANGE, no where CLOSE to what she wanted. We paid for the haircut and nothing else. Her hair was FALLING OUT and the color was not what she wanted at all. The second we left she was mortified to the point that she broke down in TEARS. She is beyond embarrassed at her hair color. Her hair is damaged by the coloring and she cannot change the color for a full month now, so now she is forced to wait a month with a hair color she hates. The lack of having the correct hair dye is unprofessional, for one. The audacity to only mention this problem after the hair was bleached is unbelievably rude and unprofessional on the hair stylist's part. Another problem is the hair stylist himself, as he did not want to listen to any of her concerns and when she did, he would simply ignore them. A proper, professional hair stylist should ALWAYS listen to their client's concerns and ideas; IT IS THEIR HAIR, NOT THE HAIR STYLIST'S. Her hair was worked on for THREE hours, only for it to be falling out and damaged. If you are not professional enough for a job as important as this, get a new one, because you clearly shouldn't be doing hair. You had ONE JOB, and that was to make sure that it was the correct hair color, and you couldn't even do that? Shameful. In short, my mother never got the hair color she wanted due to extremely unprofessional staff and ended up with a hair color she is absolutely mortified by. My mother was looking forward to this, and this salon has ruined her hair. Again, this was important to her. I do not recommend this to anyone who wants to try this place. Save your money, time, and hair. We WILL NOT be returning here ever again.

Since getting stationed at Minot this is the only salon my family will go to. Every haircut have been done to perfection. My boys always look so clean and professional when they leave here and the husband loves how clean the lines and fades are.

I went in quiet a while ago for a new style. I walked out with it looking like a toddler attacked me with scissors. He had no talent to come close to what I wanted. I got a short cut that I'm still it growing out. And it still looks awful. I'll never go back. What a horrible waste of $80.
