I have recently switched from my former nail shop to this one to go where my nail tech of almost 5 years came lol. TONY is phenomenal so professional and I love my nails every single time designs are amazing!!! Great environment and everyone there is so nice!!

Went there to get birthday nails and they were astonishingly rude. I’ve always assume nail techs are talking about me in their language but I’ve never had them look at my toes point and laugh like they did today. A tech walked up to the guy doing my pedicure and did just that. They then shared a hearty laugh which I tried to ignore but they continued for a while. The other guy kept looking over at my toenails and kept making remarks. They were already less cordial that my regular place and had hardly acknowledged me as a person. After he cut my toenails I offered to pay for that only bc I wasn’t going to continue to pay for such harsh treatment. He could barely deny it when I confronted him and said I was leaving.

Yai did an amazing job. She was very professional and concise with her work. She didn’t rush and her shaping skills are outstanding. I will definitely be going back just for her.

If you get a woman 10/10. For anything but it seems like when I have a man do anything for me I hate it. I got my a pedicure with my acrylic toes removed along with all the polish on my toes. I know my nails were longer and he just kept cutting because he didn’t know how to remove the acrylic I guess so he had one of the other women do it. He asked if I wanted a cut down on my other nails which I did because it was needed. My natural toenails are so uneven and terrible it looks like someone who bites their nails. I don’t know why it’s just the men but the women always do wonderful job. Oh yeah he also burned my legs with a the hot stones before asking was it hot I had to make it known that it was literally still steaming ..

I had the most awful experience! All I wanted was an American manicure with short round nails. I was paired up with a very elderly lady who I had to repeat several times what I wanted (not because she couldn't hear but there was a language barrier) and even present her a picture of what I wanted. I explained to her from the very beginning that I want my nails to look as pictured. The length, shape, and even color as picture. She kept making my nails square, and chose a very bright white nail polish for the tip. After I had to explain to her 4 times the nail shape (showed her as pictured) I gave up and left my nail shape as is. Then when she pulled out the white nail polish I let her know that it was to bright and asked for a lighter shade of white. She didn't listen and didn't ask the other staff what I was saying. Even though there was a language barrier, I kept saying "Just Like the PICTURE" she would just nod her head for confirmation. I finally said "no more white please, take off" she under stood that. I left there with square short nails with clear pink polish. When I went to the go pay, I let the lady at the register know I am not happy with the services I received. I let her know I have been at the seat getting my nails done for 1hr and 15mins just to have clear pink nail polish. All she said was "Ok, that'll be $28" so I said "That is it? No customer service? No, trying to make things right?" all she said was "I am sorry." (mind you I wasn't being rude but more shocked.) If you decide to go here, go at your own risk. Do not have the very old lady who doesn't speak any English do your nails.

I was there just last Saturday with my father and daughter for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures. The male tech that was with me was complaining about my nails being too short for powder dip and that he has never worked with short nails before. I'm paying for a service and I do not want someone complaining and making me feel bad about my natural short nails. In my profession I cannot have fake nails. Plus I do not like them personally. I spent almost $200 and it was not worth it. Cracked powder nails and chipped by the 2nd day. I've been there before with great experience with a nice lady named Annie. She didn't complain about my short natural nails when placing power dip. Plus she did a good job and lasted 3 weeks. The male tech did a terrible job.

Completely OBSESSED I’ve been trying to get this shape for a long time and K crushed it! Will be returning for services on a regular basis! Several hours of removing old set, changing shape and a manicure and the price was extremely fair and affordable. Highly recommend this salon and K!

I had went with my sister, we got out nails done and had a terrible experience. I used to go here all the time a year ago, and what we received service and the way our nails looked were awful, we told them we didn’t like our nails pointed out what all was wrong and they were getting frustrated every time we said something about our nails asking them to fix certain spots and we showed different reference pictures of French tips and they said “it is too difficult to do, you do it yourself and see how hard it is” we are paying for the nails to get done and expect them to look at the least decent, we are not nail techs which is why we go to pay someone to do them, none of our nails look the same with the lines and the shapes of them… if I could give zero stars I would, Highly do not recommend this place.

Aya does an amazing job every time I come in! She takes her time. We have great conversations and she’s just so friendly! Go to her, you won’t regret it.

This was my first time going to a nail salon in NC. I went to the first place that showed up on Google! And I am very happy I did! My nails are exactly the shape and length I asked for. They were polite and it didn’t take forever! I am very happy with the service and will return in the future!
