Bella nails is wonderful. They always are consistent in their care. Friendly staff with a nice environment.
i love this place! they did an amazing job on my acrylic nails and the artist were so nice and welcoming! i would definitely recommend it to anyone!
I waited an hour and a half to receive service. No apologies for the wait. Nails were uneven lengths and I had to ask her to even them out before putting the polish on. It cost $56 for an acrylic fill-in (not a new set), which is ridiculously overpriced. Will not be going back.
The female owner is a wonderful person, I really like her. She did my nails. They were beautiful, but only lasted about 3 days. It was the powder/ dip nail color. I normally get them done every 4 weeks. I went back to have 2 nails fixed. The male owner tried to bully me and not fix them. Lets just say, "He picked the wrong one." My first and last time going there. I had to soak off the nails myself, just 2 weeks in.
got me and 2 people out in 10 mins. charged very little for a lot done. i usually go to best nails which are awesome but i needed to get my dip taken off and they were on vacation so i came here and got them off. it was incredible how fast and good they did them. for sure will be coming back.
My powder dip manicure started visibly separating from my nails in 3 days. In less than 7, it was already chipping. While the owner is really nice, I did not get the attention required for a quality manicure. She got up every two minutes to handle other stuff. I wasted $45 and an hour and a half on a manicure that I will need to go somewhere else to get fixed after less that a week. This was my first time at this salon and, unfortunately, my last. Very disappointed.
I went in for a dip powder manicure. I was happy that she gave me a full manicure and cut my cuticles (most salons no longer do the full manicure when you get dip powder), but my nails turned out horribly. I’m not sure if she just wasn’t used to doing the dip powder, but they started chipping less than 24 hours later. Dip powder is supposed to last a month without chipping - I’ve been getting dip done monthly for two years and have never had them chip like this. She filed them all different lengths, and they were not properly finished - they were rough to the touch and pretty lumpy
I was very disappointed with the customer service. I waited 10 minutes before leaving. Every person that came in after me was greeted and asked what service was needed except me. I picked out my polish and preceded to sit down, but decided to stand when the owner told two people that their chairs were ready. I informed him that I was there first, but the two people who came in after I did were given pedi chairs before me so I decided to just take my money elsewhere. When you have a business, you should treat everyone the same.
No one here knows how to do nails. They main focus is feet I guess… A young guy came n put me on a full set n said someone else would take care of me because he didn’t know how to shape a nail properly I guess… which I respect but several others that came after me was being serviced while I’m waiting to get my nails finished which was totally unfair to me. They need to properly train their workers to do more then feet!!!!! I don’t recommend this place at all. Yes I had to leave with a full set of undone nails on my hand. I highly recommend Hollywood nails.
I was very disappointed last time I was in Bella nails. I got my usual, a full set of acrylic. Everything went fine while I was in the salon but I kid you not, I lost all of my nails three days later. They didn't even last a week. So that was 40$ down the toilet. I went to another salon and had them redone and those nails lasted two weeks. I don't know if it's just the glue they use or what but they didn't last more than three days. And the paint job wasn't really good either. My 14 year old brother could have a done a better job at painting my nails.
