⚠️THIS SALON USES METAL DRILLS ON NAIL BEDS⚠️ MY NAILS ARE ON FIRE! THEY HURT SO BAD 😭 I just paid $40 to get my dip taken off because I go to the salon to have them properly soaked. Instead, the tech had me soak for only a short time before using a metal drill, my nails are in so much pain now, also, I have residual from the dip all over my hands. She was too lazy to even grab lotion for my “manicure” just put one drop of cuticle oil on my arm, rubbed it up and down twice, and still charged me $40. I honestly don’t know whether to laugh or cry. I had them removed today since I’m going on a trip next week and wanted a fresh set right before I leave. But with my nails in this condition, I don’t even know if I should bother getting them done now. THANKS!

Came here to get my nails re-done after having a poor experience at another salon. They got me in right away and Heidi specifically did such a great job- she literally went nail by nail and made sure it was perfect. I’ll be coming to BKS from now on for my nails.

Got a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was really good! However, had originally asked for a gel manicure. Kept getting persuaded to do a dip and was repeatedly told that gel manicures only last for a week (?). Got a dip manicure and the gentleman botched them and I had to ask him to redo one of my nails. I’ve gotten plenty of dip manicures in the past and this was the worst experience. Also, please just listen to customers when they’re telling you what they want. I was very uncomfortable.

I was visiting from out of town and did not have an appointment. They got me right in, and were so friendly and accommodating! I wanted a full set, in pink and whit ombré, and she did a fantastic job making them look natural and beautiful. I love the shape! Will definitely recommend to my friends in the area!

Heidi was wonderful for a set of dip nails! My daughter had her first gel mani with Helen, and it was also a nice experience. Returned for another dip set after two and a half weeks, and Heidi did a “fire and ice” color combo.

I had a great time at BKS nails! I was able to walk in and be helped immediately. They were very professional and attentive to what I wanted for my nails. Heidi was gentle and did an excellent job shaping and painting my new acrylic set. I can’t wait to go back - all of the staff were incredibly kind and friendly!

Told me $55 & rang up $56! I said "you told me $55" & the other woman said "it is written at the door". I said "it was not pointed out & I did not see it, you need to communicate that". This is an apparent game now, here to make an extra dollar with all customers. Not friendly at the beginning when I asked for the service. Had a challenge trying to converse & understand the nail tech & WILL NOT RETURN to do business here. P.S. Did NOT give a tip

My sister and I came here today for a gel mani and regular mani. I sat down and got the fastest manicure I’ve ever received, which was not a good thing. Start to finish was maybe 8-10 minutes. It’s also very unclear how clean the tools were - I did not see them come out of any sort of sterilizer or cleaner, very concerning. She barely did any cuticle care and reached for the top coat after only one coat of polish on my regular manicure, when I asked for a second coat she made it seem like it was an inconvenience. She then told me to go sit down in a different seat and she’d do the top coat later so she could do another client. I had to go over and remind her I still needed a top coat 15 minutes later and also had to ask for her to clean up my nails as they had polish all over the nail bed and finger tips. They clearly thin out their polishes as my manicure is full of tiny bubbles. On many nails she didn’t go all the way to the edge with the polish. I probably could have done a better job myself painting them. They then charged $25 for this manicure, which is absolutely insane and not worth it at all. My sister’s gel is so thick and lumpy - I watched the manicurist put acetone into the polish after she finished to thin it out. We used to frequent this salon but will no longer be coming here. Do not recommend due to cleanliness, quality of work and price.

I have had a very good experience at BKS Nails! Lisa has been doing my nails for the past several months, I leave happy and receive compliments on the designs. My favorite place for manicures and pedicures. Worth checking out.

ive gone a few times now and have absolutely loved all my nails ive got. they do such a good job and are fast and efficient! i love going to them and will continue to! Kelly and Lisa are the best!
