My experience today was pretty awesome! I wasn’t expecting much because of the other reviews, but don’t listen to them… At least in 2025. Their store may look a bit dated however it serves it Purpose and I’m not broke! What three services cost here I usually pay for one. So I will keep coming back and bringing my friends!

The salon has a friendly gentleman that greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was able to begin my service right away and now I can see why. My tech was a disgruntled older lady that didn’t seem to speak much English. She seemed to be rushing through the service and not making an effort to make it an enjoyable experience. Worst of all, she cut my left ring finger while doing my manicure and tried to move on as if it didn’t happen. Then tried to rush me to payment without ever acknowledging what had been done. I had to ask for a bandaid while my tech could see my profusely bleeding finger while handing me my receipt. Bandaids were not readily available as it took them some time to find one. This was my first and LAST time at this salon. I highly recommend you go anywhere else.

I am not impressed with this nail salon. I got a gel manicure by day four my nails were chipping. I paid 85.00 for terrible work. I was in this nail salon for over 2 hrs for manicure and pedicure. I will not return to this nail salon because I am disappointed with the results of my manicure.

I went to this terrible nail salon to get a color change in which they charged me $30 the old lady ( Nancy) grinded my nails down so low and made my nails so thin and I told her they where thin! She said that when she put the gel coat on it would make my nails thicker the next morning I woke up with three broken nails and two nails cracking on the side! From sleeping! I called them the next morning and the man who I guess runs a Salon was yelling into the phone telling me what he know they did and the fact that they only did a color change without even listening to what I have to say please do not go there and please do not spend your hard earned money there!

I came here because I watched Joanne do my sister nails and I thought that she did a pretty good job. Also, she is supposed to be the best in the salon. I went on 9/27/23 and Joanne did a full set hombre dip powder red and black that she suggested and told me that she knew how to do it. To make a long story short it came out horrible and I asked her to soak it off and just do red. Fast forward to 10/1/23, I went to another nail salon that is excellent. I went in to get my nails soaked off because I still wasn’t satisfied with Joanne’s work the nail tech stated that Joanne didn’t use a base and just put the dip powder right on my nail. You will be able to see from my nails in the picture if I could add a photo but for some reason it’s not letting me add it; strange. It took my new technician a long time to get off the dip powder. Be aware of this shop is all I have to say.

This isn’t my first time visiting this salon, but this is my first time leaving a review and giving it two stars. I came in yesterday afternoon and I am giving this review two stars because the nail tech caught an attitude when I asked her to refile my nails in the shaped I asked. She ( her name started with an N) kept trying to explain that it was my nail itself when In fact she was rushing and being sloppy. She finally filed them the way I asked her to. She needs to work on her attitude. I’m paying my money and I expect good service.

Picked a bright color and the lady did not do a white base coat, so the color did not come out as it looked on the display. She told me she would fix it, and then changed her tune after the manager left, even though we had a conversation about her making the correction. Was rushed out the door, because it was after closing time, and noticed that one of my pointer nail was considerably shorter than my other nails. Very disappointed about the $80 I spent for this poorly executed work. Couldn’t even tip her in good conscious. Pedicure was rushed. Not nearly thorough enough. Will be calling the establishment in the morning to address this issue and get another nail tech to fix this.

I use to come here all the time they do great eyebrows and I can’t complain about my feet but the last couple of times that I went and got gel the polish stared coming off by the next day. So I’m like this can’t be gel polish they have to be putting water in it or something but gel is suppose to last longer and you are paying more so it’s ridiculous. I came mainly because it was close but I would rather drive a longer distance and pay $60+ to have my polish coming off.

In a small subpar looking space in a strip mall . Tony said to be so good … not !!!!!! It was extremely expensive for my nails to be lumpy and done incorrectly. Design didn’t last and was once I put my glasses on noticed all lines were uneven and crooked . I tried repeatedly to explain how it was lumpy , not sanded well etc. . Tony had a positive attitude but again did a horrible job and apparently unaware on how to correct the issue because the problem remained unresolved . Pedicure great , top notch as far as the length of time it lasts . I have since taken the long trip from my home to the shop I always used prior . I tried finding a salon that was close to my home , no luck thus far 😞Any suggestions anyone in the Anne Arundal county area ?

Debbie was awesome. First time getting my hair done by a real professional. She took her time and gave me just what I asked her to do. I got color, highlights and a cut. I will definetly see her again.
