Came here at the recommendation not my mom, who has used Erin for quite a while. I showed her a picture of the style I liked and she went straight to work. About halfway, she showed the length she'd cut to and let me decide if I'd like shorter. She was super friendly and I can't wait for another cut in 3ish months. Also, they provide masks if you don't have one!
