DO NOT GO HERE!!!! the only decent thing was the massage. i asked for a french pedicure with a black french tip. first, he only did one coat and i asked for another one because it wasn’t opaque. after he did that he started doing the tip. it looked horrible. everything about it was horrible. i even asked for square shaped toes and they couldn’t even do that. after i said i didn’t like it he said what do you want me to do. i said just paint my toes black. he did and it still looked horrible. they were going to charge me 58 for the french tips. after painting it a solid color the charge went down to 50. he finished doing the solid black and i asked the manager can i have a discount because i am not satisfied with it, and i have a photo shoot to go to and nails literally look horrible. she told me there’s nothing wrong with it and the cost was 50 dollars. the only discount i got was a student discount that was 10% off so i ended up paying 45. the student discount was one i could get whether i liked the service or not. my bank said they couldn’t dispute the charge because of the merchants policy. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I absolutely love getting my nails done at this nail salon. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family every time I visit. The service is exceptional, and no matter what design I bring in, they always manage to recreate it perfectly. So upset with my daughter’s birthday nails Kept emphasizing to paint a Star A very basic design He put snow flakes instead and it’s middle of July Told him round he did square then I had to emphasize later to correct it (I feel like he did this on purpose) Inspo pic was basic as heck Customer service was pretty good when it comes to kindness but that’s it after our experience Poor choice in nail tech

Where do I start? This was my 1st time, I came in to soak off my dip powder, get a manicure and pedicure....not gel. My visit took 3 hours because they should have had my nails soaking during my pedicure. The pedicure was the worst I ever experienced!! The guy did my pedicure (I don't know his name). While doing my pedicure he kept looking around the salon and he even stopped once to answer the phone. If he's the security for the place then he needs to stick to that! He did not scrape the dead skin off of my feet and when he attempted to scrub my feet, he put no effort into it. Let's not talk about the polishing. He polishes sideways! He put 3 coats of nail polish on my toes!!! Needless to say the toe polish smudged the next day because they refused to put a fan next to my feet while my nails were getting done. The pedicure was a nightmare! When it was time to get my nails done, it took forever to soak the dip powder off.....why... because they should have been smoking during the horrible pedicure. The technician was very sweet though. After my manicure l had to sit for 40 minutes for my feet and nails to dry. My toenail polish smudged and my the nail polish chipped the very next day!!!! $85 down the drain!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not so happy with all the additional prices (for design, shape, cuticle removal, fixing of 3 nails after 5 days) and the 30 mins wait even though I booked a reservation and was on time for it. Great response time for phone calls and availability. Super sweet and talkative and attentive to details.

I went first thing. My daughter and I got our nails done for her homecoming. Hadn't had mine done in a while. Very friendly. But when choosing something to get done. I found something I really liked and my daughter had a picture reference. Simple enough. According to the pictures on the site, it was something they could do. I chose something on the board on the front desk. Was told that they couldn't do it, so I had to stick with something plain. My daughter wanted just a simple spider web nothing fancy, just something to go with her dress. Was told she couldn't do it. It was a hundred dollars for both. Granted not expensive but don't advertise something that you can't do. Walked out daughter was very disappointed and unhappy. This is why we never get them done, we can never get what we ask for or see.

Their pedicures are AMAZING!! It leaves your feet/lower legs feeling SO soft. They are very good at painting nails and their hot stones are amazing. (Btw I had that gash b4)

I don’t normally go to nail salons in Walmart as I only come to grocery shop but I highly recommend this place! Their prices are good and I watched her take the tools out of a sanitary bag so unlike most places, you know the tools are clean!! They also have a wide variety of colors and I usually don’t have to wait very long. I won’t go back to any other salon because I’ve always received good service here! Definitely give them a go!

You would be better off buying dollar store nail polish and having your child paint your nails. They would hold up about the same . Very disappointing .

My nails started to fall off less than a week after being put on. All but 2 of my nails have come off before two weeks was up. today I complain to the manager and he told me that my nails being acrylic should only have lasted 2 weeks just like press on nails. I used to get my nails done acrylic and I could go 4 to 6 weeks without getting a fill and none of them falling off so I don't understand. I even took my nails in to show that I had to keep regluing them back on.
