Keri is great! At the last minute my hair appointment was cancelled for a wedding (I was a bridesmaid) At midnight I was able to schedule an appointment for that very morning with Keri. She was so kind and got me in right away. She did exactly what I asked for and hid the flaws I was most self conscious about. My hair looked nice, was priced fair, and lasted the entire day! I will be going back specifically because of Keri. THANK YOU!

my experience was pleasant overall. i found colors that i loved but the end result was 2 stars after seeing them in natural light. there was polish on my skin and i had to file my nails to smooth the edges they were so sharp update: all of my nails have lifted and i was able to peel the whole design off my pinky -1⭐️

I showed the stylist this inspiration pic for a long, layered bob. Now I bear a strange resemblance to Alex the Lion. No amount of mousse, gel or hairspray has been able to distract from the mysteriously shapeless layers. $70+ for wash/cut was a surprisingly steep price given the results. Two stars for friendly service!

If I could leave a higher review I would, especially for my girl Brandy, not only was she able to get me from box dyed black to blonde without damaging my hair, but she has been the most amazing woman to talk to and share my ideas for my hair with her, every session I’ve had she’s managed to go above and beyond my expectations, I trust her to give me her best professional opinions and that she’s gonna have me leaving the chair looking better than ever❤️❤️ Been going to her for almost two years and I refuse to see anyone but her now for my hair, the staff there are all amazing but Brandy is where it’s at!

Christine does my hair and I love it every single time. My hair was so damaged and she revived it. All of the staff are super sweet and knowledgeable. They let you know if something you want will damage your hair and give you better options. The Fusio treatments are great!

Keri was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. It was my first time dying my hair and she explained the process very well and made me feel so comfortable and confident. It turned out even better than I hoped it would and I could not be happier. Additionally, Keri was very enjoyable to be around which is great considering the time consuming nature of everything. The salon was also extremely clean and well put together

I don't normally leave reviews but unfortunately at this point I HAVE to. Family & friends close to me even said they would be furious in my situation and I needed to ask for my money back. I won't go into names because the stylist herself is such an angel and is super sweet. HOWEVER, there definitely was a miscommunication on how much hair was being cut off at my appointment. I had a consultation & we had discussed to cut off my dead ends, but i genuinely did not think she was going to cut as much as she did. She easily cut 4+ inches of my hair off and i left with a choppy bob. I'd also like to add that the blonding i asked for was legitimately NOWHERE NEAR the photo I showed her. The manager called me and distraughtly, i explained my concern. I am a super understanding person myself and I offer services myself, so I get it. I run my own bakery, I know what it's like to provide a service. but these people didn't have any sympathy whatsoever for my situation. She kept overtalking me on the phone, basically told me that my hair would grow back, my hair wouldn't be able to withstand the color I selected, I couldn't be reimbursed & the only solution would be to GO BACK and let them mess up my hair a SECOND time? This place is a joke. I even had to ask the manager "Woman to woman, please understand me and what this is like in my point of view" in tears and still NO SYMPATHY. If they couldn't do the service I requested, they easily could've said that AT MY CONSULTATION or even AT MY APPOINTMENT before we started and i would've understood, and came up with another style that would work for me or just easily left. 500$ & all i left with was a choppy grey/yellow toned bob and tears. I had been coming to this place periodically for a while and needless to say, I will never be back. Only giving this place 2 stars for the stylists hospitality, other than that, this place sucks & managements resolution skills are poor. Photos don't even do this justice. I am genuinely so heartbroken.

I had the pleasure of getting a classic lash set done by Kayli. They are beautiful and just what I wanted. Kayli goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. She is kind, professional and gentle. She listened to my preferences for lash extensions and executed the style I wanted perfectly. She actually catered the lash placement to the shape of my eyes! I feel amazing and can just wake up and go! Thanks so much Kayli, you’re amazing. Will definitely be back for this service again ❤️

Hannah is very friendly and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. She is also very artistic based on her sample design nails. My nails did not reflect those skills. Half of my nails had polish on the cuticle and a couple of nails needed polish on the side. She was very patient to correct what I asked but I lost patience because there were too many mistakes to point out. I am not sure how sculptured gel supposed to look like but if this is it. I don’t like it.

Good costumer service and Hanna was really kind, however, it was some details after my hands got dry (minutes away after I left the place), which let’s see next time , this was my first experience in the country about nails. I like she didn’t hurt my finger’s cuticle.
