Vicki always does a great job on my nails. Ive been coming to Vicki for about 8 years now . Between the shaping and the laughs it’s overall a great experience and a beautiful outcome. The environment is clean and welcoming .

I have been coming here since I moved to Waterbury a lil over a year ago. I bring both my daughters and my niece. In the beginning they were good but it seems once they get used to getting your money they get more and more careless figuring if they mess up they’ll take care of you next time. First off the prices are never the same so ask first. Today I went in for a soak and to wrap my own nails that grew out. The lady didn’t even soak all the acrylic off. Then she tried to convince me it was my nail. I have been doing my nails for 27 years. But whatever I tell her continue, then she filed my nails so short it defeated the purpose of growing them out. So at this point I’m livid but I hate to make a scene. I picked a light yellow gel color. I could tell the color wasn’t curing properly she continues that because it’s a light color it needs more coats. 4 coats later she done painted my cuticles and edges. She’s telling me don’t worry she’ll clean it. Her idea of cleaning it was to take the steel tip and file it away with the drill. My cuticles got cut and were burning. I finally give up tell her to stop and go to pay. She charged me $55 dollars. For what?!!!!!! Last month I had long tips with black and gold and foil design and it was only $60 so tell me how was this $55???!!!! Never again!!!

Showed a picture of how i would like my nails to ensure that they could do the job... I hate my nails' worst job ever. What i ask for vs. what I got!!! Never going back.. here is a picture the next day me going to Pinky Salon in New Britain to get the same exact thing I asked them to do

Vicky the manager is awesome! Very professional, very nice , and does my nails, eyebrows and eyelashes just the way I like them. I’m very picky! Leo does a great job with pedicures also! 10 out of 10, recommend!

if i could rate 0 stars i would. i got an acrylic set with regular nail polish. when getting nails done, she asked what style and i got “oval as short as it can be done”. when i asked how much extra she said nothing. when i checked out, she told me it was $40. $30 for the set, $5 for the style, and an extra $5 because “they are long”. i asked for SHORT OVAL. then when i said it was regular acrylic with regular nail polish, other ladies had to come CHECK the nails. WHEN SHE DID THEM HERSELF!! they were then debating prices and whispering. ridiculous service and do not give honesty about prices. do not come here. not to mention the nails are disgusting. and these nails are far from “long”.

Vicky is amazing!! Does a good job and takes her time doing the designs I bring to her. I’ve known her for years and trust no one more than her with nails and eyebrows!!

Do not go here !!!!! I’ve heard horror story’s but I decided to give them a try, because I’m new to Waterberry, and I don’t know if they have taken care of their problem, like nail infections, eyelash infections, and overall horrible work. I came in here for a simple refill on these wonderful green nails that I got in Bridgeport that was not their work. I had john at table 8 .which he happily took credit for someone else’s work, which was the green nails. I asked them over and over again because my nails are glow in the dark, he said that he can change the color and I proceeded to ask again is the new color going to show through the green he said the new color was going to cover the old color at the end result, it did not whatsoever you can still see the ombre from the other set through the nails with the new color, on top of that I had a chemical burns From the acetones when they were taking off the original nails that I didn’t want off at all. Then he gave me a clear coat to cover the fact that he butchered my real nails. Do not come here do not come here. And they took my card without my permission after they told me that I wasn’t going pay for the butcher job, but they were going to give me a new set I found out that I had to pay for the butcher job and pay for the butchered nails at the end plus for them to take it off nails at the end. Mind you I had a powdered nails John could have told me that he don’t work on powered nails but continued to work on them. They said that they can fix my nails in 30 minutes, but end up taking someone else’s nails and I overheard him talking to someone else and asking them if they had powdered nails, they said she doesn’t remember, and he continue to work on their nails smh my nails are so bad that the UV rays or burning my hands

Made an appointment with Vicki but she was running behind schedule so I went to Danny and he did a wonderful job. He was patient, took his time, and was very personable. He really seemed to enjoy doing nails and knows what he’s doing. My nails and toes came out exactly how I wanted them to. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Danny!

I like the friendliness of the staff. I feel welcomed each time I come in. It's a relaxing setting and clean. The person that does my feet all the time, does an amazing job and we have great conversation! It makes it more enjoyable! The person that did my nails was also socialable and did them just how I wanted them!
