Angel Tips Nail Salon

My usual girl wasn’t there… got my nails done by someone else. I got acrylic and pedicure. I had to ask for a second layer of polish for my pedicure . I told the lady I want acrylic and she said if you want gel X (probably to make her job easier.) 3 days later and I’m already seeing my nail and feeling the nails a bit loose. Could’ve had better service and it seemed like the nail techs who did my nails were in bad moods despite the nail salon being empty. As I was drying my nails, I was asked if I was going to pay? I always pay before leaving so what was different that day? Black lady comes in and gets seated for 10-15 mins and as soon as she was going to leave since the nail tech was available and not doing anything… nail tech stopped her and lady said she will stay. UPDATE: NAILS FELL OFF IN 5 DAYS!!!!!! DONT GO TO ELLA!!!!!!! I go in for them to fixed them and she tells me it will be $75. Won’t be ever coming back!

Was referred here by a friend. Called to make an appointment with Ella. They confirmed the date, October 10th for UV gel set and pedicure. She told me the time was for 10:30am. I show up, before 10:30, to be told the appointment time was 9:30 not 10:30. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not my fault your worker messed up and told me the wrong time, and the fact you don’t take numbers down to confirm is asinine. Person in the first chair by the table also stated that her “10:30 had been booked for a long time”. Well, whoever writes your appointments down needs glasses sweetheart because that’s the time I was told. I even asked how long it would take and was told it would take 1.5 hours. I confirmed 10:30 multiple times over the phone. This place definitely doesn’t deserve my $ or anyone else’s.

Very friendly environment! I got a thick French gel manicure with some chrome. I only gave a 4 out of 5 stars because the edges were not that clean and only did 1 layer of the white nail polish. Not 2 layers. They did clean under my nails since I grew my nails out and tried their very best to take off my red regular nail polish. It was completely cleaned off at the end even though they told me there might be some staining. They also have reasonable prices. I paid $40 for my nails but it would’ve been $45 if I got my natural nails filed into a coffin shape. They just filed it square.

Most racist salon I’ve been to they did not service the African American people they should be shut down

I love this salon! I always get gel tips, and I started coming here because they had the best prices of the 10 salons I called asking. They're very nice to me, and while doing my nails they ask if it is the right shape I want. They let me know that if they are a shape I don't like to let them know. Plus, the manager told me that if one of them unexpectedly broke, I can come back and it get fixed with no extra charge. The shapes of the gel tips are great, as you can see in the picture. For what you get you cannot beat the price. every other salon I called charges $80 tips while here it is $50 (and $35 for refills).

My manicure was a good, but my fingers were filed quite a bit. I asked for and paid for a specific design. Not even close. Left is received, right is requested. Will definitely go back, prices reasonable and staff friendly. Give another technician a try.

Ever since I came back to give them another chance I have not been disappointed, they are available every time I call ! Normally their isn’t much waiting time if you go at the right times !!! Young lady once gave me free cuticle oil when I went in a blizzard , mind you I was thankful they were open in the snow storm !! Super nice my nails are ALWAYS FABULOUS!! I’m always getting compliments !!!

The worse pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. The water was cold and the lady Winnie did a horrible job. Didn’t clean my feet well. She did everything in a rush. Then Ella came to fix it but it was a horrible experience. Paint job is horrible as you can see in the picture. Paid 31.90 plus tip and it was the worse. The paint is bubbling. I had to come to another nail salon.

I am giving you my personal Experience from going to Angel Tips. I wouldn’t recommend having you use Helen I can’t tell you how many times she has messed up my toe and nails . They have at least gotten messed up by her whenever I have her there so highly recommend you ask for Ethan, Leah , or Olivia who are Amazing there and actually take there time and are very detailed and do an Amazing Job. It’s not worth using your money there unless you have requested for like someone who in you ask for it someone who you really like . Personally from me I only like when Ethan , Leah, or Olivia do my nails there besides the rest of them but that’s because I have shears had a positive outcome with my nails with them and because they seem to know how to do nails really good and are very focused to detail I have learned when I have Ethan , Leah and Olivia ! There my only go to I go to but that is because I have always had a positive outcomes with three of them . Even when I asked Helen to fix my toe because the polish smudged and was uneven she got rude about it and got inpatient about it . Like that’s not how it works in salons and hate to tell them this but customers are usually always right . I have decided from now on I will No Longer be using Helen when I go there and maybe she will learn from this . But other than that their a Very Good Place and Well Priced . I just thought I’d share my personal opinion to you all so you all know and know who to ask for when you go there . Leah , Ethan , and Olivia are my go to there and I guarantee you they will be your go to also .

I don’t understand the bad reviews, as all of my experiences here have been wonderful (and I have been seen by at least 4 different technicians). I really appreciate their attention to detail and gentle touch. They are just fantastic and I won’t go anywhere else!
