Elite Nails & Spa

I have gone to this salon before and had fine experiences, but the last was quite disappointing. The staff is friendly, however the experience I think varies drastically between employees. I asked for round filed nails to maintain my previous length, and ended up cut square nails. The cuticle work left my skin around my nails dry and chopped, and one finger bled. I apply cuticle oil daily so this is not their typical look. The polish got on my skin, and did not cover my nail. When I informed the technician there was a polish brush hair stuck in the nail polish, she first attempted to simply paint over it rather than removing. I had to ask a second time to have it removed. Unfortunately I will not be returning for manicures here. I am not one to post negative reviews, but I felt as a service I paid for, this was not acceptable.

Yesterday, I went to Elite Nails and Spa to get a manicure (full set). Making an appointment beforehand was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment when I entered the salon. They assisted me with checking in and assigned me to one of the available nail technicians. The area I was sitting at was clean, as well as the rest of the salon. Staff asked me what I needed and were able to do that. I got acrylic tips with gel and pink rhinestones on a few of my fingers. My nail technician was friendly, kind, patient and detail oriented, ensuring that I received the service that I needed. They were gentle with my hands and fingers as well. Though one of my fingers accidentally got nicked with the electric filer, my nail technician apologized and was kind about it. I love my nails and pleased that they were able to recreate the nail designs from the photo. I will be returning to Elite Nails and Spa again in the future, thank you.

This is my favorite nail salon! I have gotten my dip manicures here for awhile now. They take their time with me and are very gentle I’ve had several different techs each time I go. And they all do a great job. I hate going to a nail salon where they rush and cause pain with the drills, Elite is not like that!

Everything you could want in need in a nail place. Clean, professional and gentle. I would highly recommend this place, I’ve been coming for years and they always exceed my expectations. I always pay extra for the deluxe pedicure, the massage is long and worth the extra money

I don’t usually write reviews and if I do, they’re typically outstanding. Elite nails is reasonably priced, clean, and nail techs are friendly. However, after moving, I had to find a new nail place-specifically for dip manicures. I’ve gone to the same place every month for over a year and my nails have always been strong. Yes, even after taking my dip off. When I went to Elite the first time to take my dip off and get new dip, my gal used her dremel to take 90+% of the dip off, which should have been my first clue that this was going to be terrible. She filed down so low that it was hurting my nails. Ultimately, she filed down so low that it made them weak and brittle. I went back a 2nd time…thinking I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but now they’re even worse. Within less than a week, 5 nails have chipped and 2 have broken all on their own. I’ve never had this happen with dip before-its aways been bullet proof. Now, they’re so thin that I could cut them with clippers which you normally can’t do if it’s done correctly. I’m so upset that my nails are destroyed and are going to take months to get back to normal.

Wonderful service, wonderful people! I have never gotten my nails done before last month, and Anna helped me out! She is a true artist, my hands have never looked better! Definitely come here if you want incredible quality, soft hands, and fun atmosphere!
