10/10 recommend! The stylist Sici made me feel super comfortable with my haircut and highlights after I had some bad experiences at other salons in the past. I am a ball of anxiety to begin with so coming in to get my hair done in over a year was scary for me. Sici made sure to make me feel comfortable once I walked in and throughout the entire service! I will definitely be coming back again!

For the last 2 years I have been searching for a good hair stylist as I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to letting people cut my hair. More often than not I am left disappointed with my cut and feel regretful when I go to pay. Let me assure you, when you get your hair cut by Sici you WILL NOT feel ANY of these feelings. It's obvious she has a lot of passion and her experience is shown through her techniques. She really took the time to get to know what I wanted and how I wear my hair, she also took the texture of my hair into consideration. Don't waste your time or money at any other salon. This is honestly the BEST cut I have ever received. My dry damaged ends are gone, my hair can be brushed with ease, and not only do I love the cut but she was able to keep my length. I found my new hair home <3

I've gone to Sici twice. First time was good. She did a good job. Second time was horrible. She cut my hair incorrectly and now will take months to grow out enough for me to get it back to how it should be. I specifically told her I needed blond around my face, she did dark around my face and throughout roots and then did blond highlights throughout with foils but did not take the color to my roots (leaving nearly an inch from my root). When I brought it up after drying my hair she said it was cause my hair didn't have enough weight to hold the foils. I've been having my hair done with foils for nearly 20 years and never had this issue. I had told her blond throughout and dark low lights (specifically blond around my face cause that is where my greys show up) as this is how I've had my hair done for the last 2 years. I had a coworker take pictures the next day and sent them to Sici and asked her for a refund. She never responded. This was highly upsetting that I paid for bad hair coloring and bad hair cut. Not to mention she talks /negatively/badly about the nail salon next door, other clients and even other stylist who work in the salon. I never heard back from Sici, so I went there to try to talk to her. She walked away from me, was rude, and would not take responsibility. She said that she did everything to make it right. She attempted to redo the foils around my face after drying and I had brought it to her attention of how far away the blond was from the root. She was irritated. Said there was nothing she could do cause the foils wouldn't stay put. It's cause she didn't pull the foils tight to my scalp and put the color to the root. This is how my previous stylists have done foils, and there was never an issue. I have been embarrassed of the way my hair looks, my coworkers the next day pointed out that there was even more areas throughout that had about an inch gap from my root. Paying $145 for a bad hair color job and hair cut. I do not recommend this salon and definitely not Sici. I've never had a stylist be so rude, it was uncomfortable hearing her talk so negatively about the nail salon next door, her clients and other stylist. I'm sure she will now speak negatively about me. It is horrible customer service. It is also not how someone should be running business. She refused to make it right or issue a refund even with pictures and my message of concern of how it looks.

Sici has been my hair stylist for 7 years and my husbands for 9. She’s the only person I trust to cut and color my hair. I love catching up with her after months!!

Extremely kind staff! More importantly, really satisfied with the cut and style. Did not have to lie and say “I love it!” at the end (like I have done many times before at other salons) because I really did love the end product. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this salon!

I came in after having my hair up everyday. She fit me in right away and sisi knew just what i wanted and executed it perfectly. I love my bob!

I can’t say enough good things about Sici!! This was my second time getting my hair done by her and I’m even more amazed than the first time! Sici’s knowledge of hair is obvious. Sici recommended me going darker with my color the first time I saw her, I was very hesitant and nervous, It was the best decision ever! I’m so grateful I found her!!

Sici is a highly skilled and experienced professional who provided valuable guidance and advice regarding my hair care needs. Despite my advanced age and the presence of gray hair, she demonstrated a remarkable ability to understand my concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.

Was not happy with the haircut, style or the service. I went in there for a wispy medium haircut today like Haley Williams (also mother's day) and walked out looking like Drew Barrymore from Wedding Singer. Hair dresser also can't pick up on emotional ques and wouldn't stop asking questions about my personal life that were still tender to talk about. Also, was not happy with the way she handled my hair and scalp, she was very rough with me even during the washing process. Wish I could get my husband's money back as I don't appreciate people doing with as they please with my hair whenever I had provided a very clear and specific picture of what I wanted. Had to go get my hair fixed by another professional which cost me another $50. Happy Mother's Day. 🙃
