HORRIBLE customer service from Alyrina. Disappointed with the service here. I’ve been a regular customer for two years, but this time I paid $75 (Pedi also looked like this) and walked out with nails I wasn’t happy with. I understand the breakdown of what I was charged for, but the manager Fim refused a refund (even spoke to her on the phone to be cordial)—even though the issue was with the result, not the process. I expected better treatment as a loyal client, never going back. PS Before they even offered to fix my nails I already told them I don’t have time to come back in as I have a very demanding schedule.

Alyrina always gives the best service whenever I go there. I go every other week and never been disappointed. Kim always does my nails just the way I want them done even when some designs just don’t seem doable. She’s always so nice and welcoming every time I walk in.

Typically don’t write reviews but one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Got a full set and had to spend a hour filing my own nails immediately after. I was told In order to receive a refund I have to go back and let them remove the acrylic in order to get my money back for a job that I had to complete.

I’m really sad about the acrylic manicure I got here. I’m not sure about the name of the woman who did my nails, (I think it was Yvonne) she actually cut me twice on 2 separate fingers. She cut my pointer finger and opposite ring finger really bad and was so rough when filing that my fingers are sore. She didn’t do any grooming like trimming hang nails or lotion or anything like that. I paid $68 and honestly I wish I would have spoken up about the price considering she cut me 2 times. I loved my pedicure and the woman who did it, Nadine, was so nice but I’m not sure I’d come back again.

I wanted to try a new pedicure salon that was near my area and I will never be going back to this business again, I 100% think that they have some sort of fungus outbreak in their facility. I did not see the Lady that was doing my pedicure, have sanitized tools her files were very used. The quality of her work was not the best.Two days after getting my pedicure, I have extreme itchy feet and will be going to the doctors on Monday. Paid $96 for this pedicure.

Amazing services! Came in with my mom and my sister and we all got a pedicure and manicure! Such friendly staff! Everything is brand new and so clean. Very relaxing with their waterfall and such a great ambiance. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Kim, Yvonne, LeeLee!

Went in for a hard gel mani. I already had a hard gel mani but they were grown out ( my usual nail girl is on vacation so I decided to try this place out) these are my natural nails and I decided to go shorter. Since my nails were grown out and shaped as an almond, they charged me an extra $10 since they had to file them down and it's now considered a "shape change." Apparently the girl in the front also didn't tell the guy I wanted a mani so he only went around and cut my cuticle after he put polish on, he didn't even push it back. Lol. In all I got stuck with some thick nails and paid $63 for this. Wouldn't recommend for hard gel manis and won't be going back.

Got a mani-pedi done with my sister and we were so impressed! All the gals here are super sweet, attentive, and patient. Amazing selection of colors for gel or acrylic nails! Yvonne did such a great job on my almond-shaped acrylic nails. We’re definitely coming here again.

Today was my first and last time here. The lady who did my pedicure “Tina” cut me with the cuticle clipper and caused me to bleed. She did not offer any antibiotic ointment or anything. My foot did get submerged back into the water but that’s it. I don’t get pedicures often and this is why. It’s hard to find people who are gentle and care.

Had my nails done 5 days ago by Yvonne. She did not prep my nails or anything before doing the set. I tried to have them fix it and they said it looks fine and pushing back cuticles to prep the area is not part of their service. The woman at the front desk trird to argue with me for several minutes, which I did not want, so I said never mind. She then said she would fix them, but not to expect it again because they don't do that. I said no thank you. For $65 this is what they think quality is at this salon I guess. I will not be going back and don't recommend you do either.

i’ve came to this place multiple times and the service is amazing. kloe does wonders with pedicures and always makes sure we get the best of our appointments. there was a rude customer that overegaggerated in the salon and the receptionist handled it very professionally. other than that it’s worth every penny.

My wife had such a great experience getting a mani-pedi here for her birthday. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive the moment we walked in. I highly recommend.

My favorite nail place! Staff is so kind and do always do high quality work. I usually get hard gel overlay on my natural nails and they last 3+ weeks.

Been here a few times and they’ve done this each time. So today I just walked out. You walk in ask don’t have any openings. Yes yes you sit down we get station ready. 10 minutes later go to chair 7. Then you sit in chair 7 for 20 minutes nobody comes. If you’re busy be honest say we have a 30 minutes later wait do not lie.
