Scottsdale Nails II

I absolutely love my nail artisans at Scottsdale Nails II. Sang and Kathy are meticulous when it comes to the craft of the manicure. I came to Scottsdale Nails II after a horrible experience at another salon. My expectations are high and Scottsdale Nails II is superb! The nails and nail glue that they use is of superior quality and there are thousands of colors to choose from. All of the staff truly care about their clients! My nails last 3 weeks on average and never chip or break! I hand wash dishes and have two German Shepherds to wrangle and I've never had nail break not once. They do gems, designs and 3d nails! Suprisingly alot. of salons don't have techs that know how to these techniques, but Scottsdale Nails does! They are incredible!! I've attached photos of my summer Fruit Salad Nails. :)

Returned here a few months ago after a short time off since a friend encouraged me to do so. I must say I now really appreciate this salon and what it offers. Cleanliness is top notch, knowledgeable staff and my person, Lisa is amazing.

By far the best nail experience I have EVER received, all credit to Kathy and their devoted staff. I went into Scottsdale Nails with a photo of these complex Hadestown nails themed to my school musical, having no knowledge of how to specify my acrylic nail needs- I have never gotten them and did not know you needed to specify a length or shape, let alone how difficult the design could be to make. Not only did the woman at the front desk specifically assign me to one of their best nail artists (shoutout to Kathy!), but one of their kindest and most helpful nail artists as well. She made sure my nails were short enough to still complete my schoolwork and remedial tasks, helped me decide on a shape, made sure I was happy with each step, suggested some alterations to make them look even better, and worked a full hour after closing to ensure they looked perfect. Not only that but another girl my age was getting her nails done beside me, and her attendant ALSO worked a full hour after they closed. Kathy was a blessing, and I have never loved a set of nails more. They look absolutely GORGEOUS. I will absolutely be back and will be specifically requesting her. Such a devoted team of workers, absolutely loved my experience. 10/10 recommend. Thank you, Kathy <3

I have been going here for over a year. Everyone is nice and professional. I got my nails done this week by Sang, and he did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

NEVER NEVER NEVER go here. This place was a horror show. They treat you like a number. They made my toenails bleed. They had me like a pretzel doing my nails while I got a pedicure. They couldn’t even help me turn on the massage chair. Thank goodness I had a gift certificate and didn’t spend my own hard earned money for this shameful service. RUN, Do NOT EVER get your nails done here- you’ll wind up with some kind of disease! And they will smile and talk about you at the same time. Horrible customer service! I wanted a full set and got a guy who had no clue how to do a manicure! Hard PASS!!!

Probably the best experience I have had with my nails. My toes came out perfect ans I had gotten the best set of acrylic nails thay i have ever gotten.

I walked in and had the chance to get my nails done with Sang! I absolutely love them! Sang did such an amazing job, and I'm so happy with how my nails turned out!

Saw Michelle yesterday for gel removal and manicure. Similarly to other reviews, she has poor attitude and lacks professionalism. Prior to starting I let her know that I had a terrible hang nail which I had trimmed on my right hand. She asked me if I can soak it and I said I was unsure. She did almost everything in her power to make it more uncomfortable with the use of acetone etc. As if it was an inconvenience that I came in with a trimmed hang nail. At the end, she spoke very rudely to me when I bumped two nails under the dryer and “said you messed them up!?! Additionally, she cut my left cuticle on my thumb as seen in the photo, drawing blood. The tools used during my appointment did not come from a sterile pack, fair assumption that they were not autoclaved and sterilized. This is highly concerning and the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology would not be pleased with this level of care nor sanitation practices. I would not recommend the technician Michelle for the reasons listed above.
