I had high hopes for this place because of all the reviews. But I was disappointed when I went because I felt like I was being rushed and the lady that did my manicure did a poor job on my nails. I felt like she didn’t pay any attention to what she was doing! I told her to fix it but she said it looked fine. Like what?? Poor customer service. And to top it off, the cashier said that they don’t accept the 10% discount for new customers because that’s only their head spa. False advertising since their website says 10% off for new customers. What a scam! Never coming back here again.

Dean did a set of GelX nails for me. I’ve always had acrylic but I’m so glad I tried something new. I LOVE them. Not the best photo but they are beautiful in person. The salon is super clean and they were super friendly. 🫶🏼

I love this Nail & Spa, from the moment I walked in, very professional. Cindy got me in for a full volume set of Lash extentions. She played some relaxing music, she is very sweet and kind. The atmosphere is so nice! Very clean it was an hour appointment, that was including her removing the previous clusters that were a hot mess and she did ya' girl right. I feel so beautiful with these lashes. Definitely will be returning. Highly recommend. They have another location so double check the address and Book with Cindy! Fabulous job. 👌

I drove to three places looking for a last minute pedicure. One was too busy and two were closed on Mondays. Pinnacle Nails & Spa got me in quickly and the pedicure was amazing. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. They helped me pick out a popular color since I'm not great at that. After my amazing foot and leg massage and pedicure, I had them wax my face and they did a great job. My skin is so sensitive usually sugar scrubs and wax bother my face but their products didn't leave me itchy or broken out at all. I highly recommend this place. It has definitely become my new salon. I also plan on coming back for their scalp treatments! Ask for Jennie. She's amazing.

I had my lashes done by Cindy and I couldn’t be happier! She was gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results are stunning—full, natural-looking lashes that really enhance my eyes. Highly recommend her for lash extensions!

They’re so attentive and make you feel right at home. I got gel nails done and they still look fresh a week later. I’ve recommended this salon to several friends already!

So grateful I stumbled upon this amazing nail salon! Madison is a literal angel sent from above and not only is she awesome at nails, she’s an awesome human being and I love spending time in her chair! Love coming to Pinnacle Nails! As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time. You can’t beat their prices and service! Fantastic nail salon.
