Lush nail bar

I went to the nail salon on a Saturday after my eyelash appointment next door. I have wanted to try this place for a while because I liked the outer establishment, so I decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be a big mistake. When I walked in, I explained what I wanted, and the staff told me it would take about 10 to 15 minutes. I decided to wait, but after five minutes, two other women walked in and were told they would only have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. However, they were taken before me. After another 15 minutes, I asked the staff what was going on. They said the women got stuck on their nail designs. I inquired why they were prioritized over me, and the staff member tried to say they had appointments. I overheard them and knew that wasn’t true. Then, the manager came over and stated that only one particular lady could do my nails, even though five other staff members were just standing around, and two other people had come in without appointments. I was told it would be just another five minutes. Twenty minutes passed, and despite several staff members being available, I still hadn't received any help. Frustrated, I decided to leave after almost an hour. If you value your time, you should choose a place that treats all clients fairly. I do not recommend this salon.

I always come back here! They take good care, and go above and beyond. The environment feels clean. I've seen multiple people and am always pleased with my results and bring my family members here.

Second time I tried this place. This time I had a mani and pedi and during the pedi, even though I paid extra for chalice remover, she still didn’t know how to remove chalice properly. I had to keep pointing out the fact that she missed some areas. The mani was very easy. I have long nails and just wanted a basic trim and polish. She was rushed and was not given enough time to make sure she did a good job. I have had better and wish this place could at least remove the dead skin. I got home and ended up having to trim it myself. Won’t be going back. It looks like they have enough young suckers to feed off of anyway. Good luck if you pick this place to pay for. I did not get gel for my nails. I was just looking for basic nail polish, which I do not mind the color. But come on. You couldn’t get rid of the extra dead skin? I paid for that and here it is. Still present. I gave her a good tip for her time but I really wish she did better.

AMAZING‼️ Love the staff super sweet & welcoming! Just got into town & wanted a last minute set & Long did an amazing job both times when I had come in for a set! Another sweet lady had done my pedicure & she was amazing as well! They take care of you quick & easy & amazing quality every time! Definitely would suggest this nail bar for anyone looking for an appointment ‼️✨️💫 you can call to book an appointment or they are pretty good about walk ins! The front desk people are super sweet & will check you in super easy no hassle! I spent $90 + tip for first set (with designs) & $110 + tip for fill & pedicure! I just want to say Long is the best nail tech ever. I’ve been seeing him for a year now and he does an amazing job each and everytime. Always checks in to make sure I’m satisfied whether it’s with the shape, color, design. Super friendly!! I would rate 10 stars if I could!

Today was my first time at Lush Nail Bar and it definitely won’t be my last! Amazing customer service. Linda did my nails today and I’m so happy with how they turned out. I showed her a picture of my idea and she really went above and beyond to give me beautiful nails. I also brought my mother in law to get her nails done and she was so happy! When we left we both agreed we had found our new regular nail salon 💅🏼🙌🏼😍❤️

I had the worst experience. The lady that did my pedicure and manicure did such a bad job i was there for so long and i hated it all she kept painting far away from my nail. I erased it and literally my money went down the drain on something i didnt like nor enjoy

This place has only been here a good month and I already LOVE it. It's a comfortable place, they are very welcoming. Everyone is awesome. I love that one person follows through on your nails from start to finish. The prices are very nice for what you get. I have not been disappointed in the 2 times I've been here. I'm moving 30 min away from the shop and i will be coming here for my services, that's how awesome they are. You should try them out, you won't be disappointed.

I am someone who loves lots of color options because I like switching it up every time. This salon has tons of options and swatches to choose from. I have been coming here for the last few months and have had numerous different techs....Rose is the BEST, and I am now going to go out of my way to book with only her from now on. She has NEVER cut me, and my dip manis are never ever too chunky/bulky. I hope I don't regret name dropping her and she gets too booked now, but honestly she deserves the recognition.

Refused to think about nail job looked super ghetto as they painted over a colored nail instead of removing and replacing it. Can you imagine. Black nail polish over a pink nail..gross. Did not fix it either. Manager was rude and on her phone and acted like I was nothing. Even her employees were surprised. And I had ben going there for months. I go to sunset nails now. Family owned, excellent service and know my name!
