Beaute Nail Spa - Huntsville Downtown AL

I’m not sure if today was an off day for the shop, but my experience was truly disappointing. I’m actually writing this review from another nail salon because I was so dissatisfied with my nails. The owner kept distracting the tech who was working on me, and the overall quality of the manicure was awful — the shape, polish, and gel application were poorly done. This does not look like an almost $50 gel manicure. I also asked multiple times for you not to drill my nails, but it was done anyway. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I paid for my service, but please know I will not be returning. Please treat your clients better and provide the level of service and attention they pay for.

I had my nails done by Ben. I showed him a photo of what I hoped to have done and he knocked it out of the park. He was attentive to detail, made sure I was pleased after each step and tweaked a couple things that I requested. He did a fantastic job on the design (see attached photo of my nails). Could not have asked for better. The salon itself was not only in a convenient, easy to access location, but also very clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly. I don’t live here, but I will certainly come to get my nails every time I am in town.

OK, I'm gonna start by saying that I absolutely love this place in the past. They were relatively expensive to me, but they did a great job, but I always noticed that my nails will pop off within a week of getting them done sometimes three days this time I had seven fingernails come off and it hasn't even been too weak yet And these were my birthday nails when I went to get my feet done on my birthday. The guy did my pedicure, but my feet were still rough and that was like $50 pedicure. I think that's wrong that some of the nail tech will use so little acrylic to save money And lose clients but this is something that's need to be discussed because it's been going on for years and I came back I tipped them well and I noticed they speak different languages and they be talking crap about people. I just think it's highly professional and I wish I could dispute this transaction because this was wrong and I believe it was intentional. Nails are supposed to last two weeks these nails didn't even last me seven days

They did not do dip correctly in terms of a "refill". There are no "refills" for dip powder. I learned this information at a new nail salon I went to do today because it is closer to my new apartment. I went to the new nail salon to get a "refill" on my dip powder nails. The nail tech looked at me confused and told me dip nails are completely soaked off each time. The last time I came at the Beaute Spa location 4 weeks ago I asked for a dip refill. The nail tech their dip not soak off the dip or take it off. He old changed out the paint with new dip powder, so it layered. I thought this was normal because I normally get gel acrylic but wanted something healthier for my nails. After the dip set was soaked off at the new salon, I had fungus underneath on FOUR of my nails. This have never happened to me in my life. I was embarrassed and completely disgusted. The nail tech at the new location educated me and explained they were done incorrectly. This is how it looked underneath.

First time getting a manicure with acrylics plus a pedicure and Ilani did not disappoint! My nails look and feel amazing! I've never asked for nail art even though it's only a little bit it looks just like the inspo picture. The entire staff was super friendly and very helpful with their own clients. I've gotten recommendations about this salon for over a year and finally got to experience it first hand. I'll definitely be returning and bringing my friends.

Beautiful shop location is new to me and they have a multi variety of colors to choose from. Not old bottles that some shops have sitting around for so long they add nail polish remover in to get out all of the polish. This was so much better. The chairs all new and upgraded. I will be going back.

Great! First time here at Alabama and they were sweet! Originally from Orlando but for a first time going to a nail salon this went amazing! Thank you guys for making the experience great!

I had such a great experience at Beaute Nail Salon. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the salon was clean, calm, and beautifully kept. My nail tech took her time, paid attention to detail, and made sure I was happy with the shape and color. I left feeling pampered and polished. I had the best pedicure here today by Tina! The salon was very neat & clean. She was very friendly and gave the best pedicure foot massage I have had in a while! The location was very easy to get in and out of despite it being downtown by the hospital.

Had a great manicure and pedicure here a few days ago and they both still look perfect. The technician kindly offered to try colors before I chose and did a great job. I really appreciate the time she took, and that she did not rush the drying time. Thank you!
