Went in yesterday... no appointment set. The young lady told me it would be a 10 minute wait. No problem. 10 minutes later the board said 13 minutes. I left. None of the questions apply because you don't have a " got frustrated and left " option 🤔 BTW The online check in is not on their website. You have to google it separately... I know... too weird
I went in for a haircut, super simple one length all around because I had dead ends. I got in right away, but one of the ladies working kept yelling at people wait times like she was in a hurry. I got in right away because people ahead of me weren't there yet. As soon as my haircut started the other people before me were coming in. This made my "stylist" in a rush. The other stylist was still yelling at people as they came in. Due to that, the lady cutting my hair rushed, didn't check to see if it was all even, and this morning I tried to do something with my hair, it's all uneven everywhere. I hadn't been there before, but I saw the reviews. They get 2 stars instead of 1 for getting me in quick and that the lady cutting my hair was nice. Other than that, I felt like an inconvenience from the minute I walked in the door. I have bad anxiety going to salons and this made it worse. I also now have a messed up haircut for $25. Luckily I didn't ask for a real haircut and style as mine was more a trim of 4 inches off. But its a shame because I rarely ever treat myself. I will not be back and they should be more organized when people have to check in from online and shouldn't be yelling at people as they come in. Also plain and simple: IF YOU CAN'T CUT HAIR DON'T!!!!!
I’ve been here before and had a great cut, decided to go back. My friend and I got the best haircuts here. I got Ana, she’s awesome. Quick, precise, and listened thoughtfully to what I wanted. I highly recommend, I’ve only had positive experiences here.
I needed a trim and didn't want to pay the 'pink' tax on haircuts (snipping 2 inches off bottom of hair ends will cost at least 35 at a salon). Plus, wanted the flexibility of just walking in. Went online, did the online check in, 0 minute wait. I was in and out in 15 minutes with the trim I wanted for $24 (tip included). Works for me
The and haircut experience and salon was just fine. I understand a la carte services, but in addition to a trim - I wanted a shampoo and blow dry. $10 extra for shampoo... Eh okay. But then they quoted me $50 extra to blow dry my hair with a round brush. What the "h e double hockey sticks"? That's high end salon prices there ($24+$10+$50 + tip for a cut, shampoo and blow dry)...the stylist blow dried my hair with a comb and it was a frizzy finish. Definitely underwhelming, will not return
Never visiting the saloon again. I Rather pay twice at a barbers store than visit Great clips. They didn’t even ask how I want my hair cut they just started trimming randomly. The hair cut ended up being patchy and it is definitely not worth the 29$ I spent. It was not a one off situation, I’ve seen other customers disappointed with their service as well while i was in the store. I had a great impression about Great Clips back in Kansas but i don’t even want to try it ever again.
She was great and gave me a really good haircut. Will definitely go back.
Nice, friendly, fast, efficient service Reasonable prices. Good for the whole family. Adults & kids. Clean spacious place. Lots of free easy parking
The last two times I went here for a haircut, both the stylists did not do what I wanted. I showed a picture of my preferred haircut and asked for a taper fade. Stylists cut it too short. When I asked the second stylist why she was cutting that short, she stated that was what a skin fade was. I have never had any stylist cut that short for a taper. Especially when I show a picture of what I wanted.
Great Clips is my go to for getting my hair cut. I can check in on their app and, if I'm on a wait list, the app will let you know when it's time to go to the salon. All this, however, is what I have come to expect from Great Clips, and were that all, it would have earned the business a solid three stars. The stylist who did my cut was great and made the experience completely enjoyable. Her personality was wonderful and open. This earned the business a fourth star.
