9/17/24 I can't put any weight on my left foot at all. I am currently in the hospital being treated with IV antibiotics for a severe skin infection in my left foot. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOU!!! SKIN INFECTION!!!! USE CAUTION! 9/16/2024 My big toe on my left foot hurts and is oozing. I tried to go and talk to the salon manager. The same person that botched my pedicure is the same person I tried to complain to. She was more focused on how many clients she had that travel to the nail shop for her services. She didn't apologize or give a damn about what she did. 9/14/24 I came in today to see Kevin for my pedicure but he was in California. I should have left. But Mai offered to take care of me. I told her right away that I had my first 5k later that evening and that I was on chemotherapy and to please be careful. She ripped my nail off. I was bleeding alot. She put some powder in the open wound and she sprayed Dermaplast on top of that?? A few of my other toe nails were cut too close to the skin. All in all this was the worse pedicure I have ever had! Febuary 2024 Kevin is the best for pedicures
I went in to get a new set and waited 45 minutes not bad for a walk-in. Owner did my nails and she seemed frustrated, annoyed but was telly trying to be courteous and jive. When I went to second lady for painting I noticed nails were lumpy, crooked and none were shaped how I wanted them so before I got polish on I asked tech if she can shape them a little more and she called owner to do that. As owner was filing she got upset that I kept asking for more filing so she told me to go somewhere else and finish nails. I asked her if she was serious and she told me she was getting my stuff and told me to "just go!" I was being polite whole time and even offered to pay for the service I did get but she said no. I was very dissapointed and hurt due to how important I needed to get my nails done.
My first time getting my nails done in YEARS. They made me feel comfortable, and overall great atmosphere.
UPDATE: 7/17/22_Gel polish came off. Which means, more money to spend. What a rip-off. Stopped by at this salon to get my Ombre nails redone (black and dark red), because 2 of the nails came off. Apparently, they don't do any other colors but ONLY nude (first disappointment). Second was-one of my nails didn't dry off, and lastly the polish on my nails and toes are all over the place (first pic).
Paid $63 and $12 tip for gel pedicure. The place and people were nice, but I wish the skill level was as high as the price. My toe nails were not completely painted. If I'm paying that much the shaping and painting need to be up to par. Just disappointed it wasn't a job well done for the price.
I thought it was going to be a good place because you can tell that they have regulars but the customer service was just blah. The lady that sat by the front desk was rude and was trying to make my daughter change her mind on what she wanted. Very unorganized polish racks, will make someone with OCD go 🤪. Prices for the type of service didn't match, I could have done better at home. My pedicure took 25 minutes, not good for the first one of the season. I wouldn't go here again. When I asked for an itemized receipt she was trying to write it on a sticky note. 😆
I have been going to them for over 15 years. I have tried several other salons in Roswell and have not been as satisfied as I have been with them. Would definitely recommend.
I stopped by here because they were the only place that answered the phone. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of local/frequent customers that came in on Wednesday. They did seem genuinely vested in their loyal customers. While everyone was pleasant, it was pricey for just 1 color dips. $71 + $10 tip. They do seem thicker than I'd typically get but we're zip lining tomorrow so maybe that's for the best. Ultimately I appreciated that I was able to basically walk in, and they helped me in a pinch.
Great service and low cost. friendly people and the office is very clean. They are the best.
Ive gone twice and gotten a gel Mani Pedi and I was very satisfied both time. I refrained from getting nails done due to bad experiences with other places in town. I will continue to go here and bring my family
