Leizel is the best stylist I have been to. She has great attention to detail, she is very personable, and does an overall amazing job! I regularly go back to her to get my hair cut. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I booked very last minute but ended up with an amazing stylist, Mitzie. I never know exactly what I want so we talked and came up with a plan. She made sure I knew where we were in the process and next steps. I highly recommend! She also took the new client coupon which made the service reasonable.

I'm a semi new client to the JC Penney's salon in Concord. I am already a loyal client and tell everyone to give this place a try. They will not be disappointed. I first met with Janet and she cut my hair twice. I was very pleased both times and she's terrific. Now I have a work schedule conflict so I had to switch my hair appointments to Saturday. I was very fortunate and booked an appointment with Mary A. Mary cut my hair last weekend and she gave me the best haircut. She was cautious, which I appreciate. I was having many inches cut and she just talked to and made sure of exactly what I wanted. I love my hair and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Mary is a great communicator and that's important to me. She asked questions, clarified and made me feel comfortable. I will be booking with Mary from now on and I have already referred my boss to Mary for her next hair appointment. The prices are great and very reasonable and the salon is nice, clean and spacious. JC Penny is the greatest place to go for hair care. Steven is the best for hair coloring’s, cuts and styling. Very personable and professional. A truly dedicated specialist with background knowledge, education and years of training. He’s one who takes this to an extremely high level as friend recommended. There’s a difference to go to someone so caring and gentle, and has the skill of an artist in color and design in this field. I have been going toJCP for many years, as Steven is incredible, and l listened to his advice and it has so improved my hair condition. I would not want anyone else to cut my hair.

I've been going to this salon for several years and highly recommend it. Tomoko not only does a fantastic job of coloring and cutting my hair. She also advises me on the best ways to keep it healthy. I've honestly never had this level of service from another stylist or salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
