V nail and spa

I come here often and usually leave a good tip. I am annoyed by how “off” their color samples are. They don’t have much of a selection on display but seem to have more choices on the shelf if you search. When I choose an obvious display from a much shorter array of samples, it should be dead on. Picture for reference (don’t choose duo color 520, the bottle of dip labeled 520 is NOT the same color. Last time I came in for this same shade the color was almost empty so they grabbed a close second but it was honestly more of a 10th. They have now labeled that same bottle they grabbed in comparison as being the exact color on display.) this pink is not near close to the 520 on display

Got a $40 pedicure. The guy that did my toenails burned me twice with the hot stones, it was painful with my toenails (because I had acrylic on the big toes), and to top it all off, THEY DO NOT OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNTS. Veterans and service members, PLEASE do not come here if you don’t want to be appreciated. DO NOT COME HERE.

Ok let me start off by saying I very rarely give bad reviews and this review is not totally bad but in part. The place itself is very nice and clean and doesn't have the typical "nail salon" smell. The place is laid out very nice and open. Ok here is the problem...My wife and I went today 10/9/2023 for me a pedicure and her a mani/pedi. They took her right to get started on her nails and took me to soak my feet. Well...fast forward 18 min (yes 18min) and my water is now cold and my feet look like prunes. Nobody has spoken to me or even looked my way. My wife is now complete with the first part of her pedi and they bring her over and immediately start on her feet as I still soak in cold water. As I sit in disbelief I take my feet out of the water and prop then up thinking someone will notice. Another 8 min go by and no one says a word. I let my wife know I'm headed to car, so I put my shoes on and walk out and still, not 1 of the 8 people working there seem to care that I am just leaving. Not good at all...thanks for nothing V nails

My sweet Mama went in today for a pedicure while she had a little time to herself and was met with an uncomfortable and painful experience. The woman rushed her to choose a color and ultimately didn’t even deliver the color my Mama asked for. There was no soak, massage, or hot towel. The woman began carving the top layer of skin from around her toe. It was extremely painful and Mama asked the woman nicely to please stop because she didn’t want to bleed. The woman then proceeded to do her other toe the same way and then looked up for my Mamas reaction, at which point Mama told the woman to stop digging. The woman was pissy and rude for the remainder of the pedicure. Unfortunately her toes are now raw and sore. I wish she had checked the reviews before going but she will know next time! Yall pmo!

This was my first and last time coming to this place. I had a design on my nails and came to get a regular fill. I’m not sure how you can mess up short nails and make them EVEN shorter (almost to my skin) because you can’t get them as square as I wanted them and I don’t understand how you don’t know how to fix a chipped nail so you just file it all the way down and leave it curved.. smh. I didn’t even get a color I just got clear and had to walk out. Smh.

Worst nail experience of my life. My best friend and I went in for a mani-pedi. The pedi was ok, but rushed and the polish does not look even. We both decided to get acrylic nails for a change. Bad decision. They were rude throughout the process. Neither of our cuticles were taken care of. The overlay on my acrylics were so far away from my nail bed that it looked like they had been growing out for at least a week. After she polished them she filed the ends…thus, the polish off of the ends. My acrylics look lumpy and the shape is not what I asked for. The ones she chose for my nails do not all fit my nails. Horrible experience. I felt like crying when I left. They LOOK fake and horrible. A nail tech that knows what they are doing can make them look real and lovely. For this, on top of the rude behavior, would give them no stars if I could.

Very good! My nails look beyond cute! Worst thing though is the time. We had plan to be done around 10:30/35, it was 11:01 when I got finished. Overall great place!

When did pedicures stop involving the removal of dead skin? Completely rushed thru my "pedicure" and obviously noticed that I was pissed and tried to massage my leg, asking if I was ok. Heck naw! I came for smooth feet, not a couple horrible leg rubs. & My friend was very disappointed in her nails so I do not recommend this place at all.

Rude, just plain nasty! Rushed me when choosing a color. Unbelievable to go to a nail place and be an inconvenience to then and they forgot to give me the correct color I chose. Please don't waste your valuable time and money. 👎👎👎👎👎

I have never wrote a review before but the experience I had here deserves a review. I usually go to Starkville for my nails but decided I'd go here because I didn't want to drive far. First as a positive the staff was nice and the environment was decently clean. I received a full set first and the attention given to my service was trash which resulted in my nails not looking professionally done. I received my pedicure next and the water was extremely hot. Even after telling them it was hot they didn't change the temperature enough. They did not cut and file my toes even, did not scrub my feet, and the polish job was trash. The polish was clearly not quality because it chipped rather quickly. I did still tip because of how nice the staff who did my feet was. I'm not from here so I am used to high standards when it comes to pedicures/ manicures. Bottom line if you are used to having your nails professionally done I strongly do not recommend. The price definitely does not match the service.

We got there right before closing and they gladly welcomed us! Staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone!

My favorite place to get a manicure. Everyone is so nice. And Bella, the owner, always makes everyone feel so welcome. And she died the best power dip nails!! ❤️

You tell them what you want and that change it on their own and start doing what they want on your nails. I wanted gel polish on my feet and nails. She did my feet correctly, but my nails were powder. My price and her price didn't add up.

The gal that did my pedicure was AMAZING! I'd pay extra for her every time and they do a good job on my gel polish.

Nail quality is low they break easily. I used to like coming here but some of them don't like their job and it shows. They rush or make you feel unwelcomed. Every off day I get to come up there lately they are short staffed because she says …
