They messed up my son’s haircut. He’s been teased at school bc of it. I brought him back in they admitted it was a rediculous haircut and offered to fix it. Then left us in the waiting area for 40 minutes while they helped everyone there even though our haircut was paid for days ago. We waited our turn when we initially came in the first time. This is the second time someone here has mangled my sons haircut will not recommend.

Came here a week ago for a neck trim which sports clips offers for free. The person who gave the neck trim was rude and did a very poor job almost like she didn't care about how good of a job she did. I would highly recommend great clips over this place as even though it costs 7$ for a neck trim they actually do a good quality job and are respectful.

Amber did an amazing job!!! I had been growing my hair out for the past 6 years but decided recently to cut it all off. Amber did a great job at listening to what I was looking for and took her time. Highly recommend!

I went in for just a hair cut and beard trim. Requested a mid-fade and was given a 2 straight up the sides and a blend. When she trimmed my beard it was trimmed uneven with my beard shorter on one side and patches of where she went to deep. She asked if I wanted the mustache and took it almost all the way to the skin instead of trimming to the curve of my lip leaving the bulk. When I showed my displeasure her response was, “We normally don’t trim the mustache” and “Well I do this for a living and I think it looks good.” I refused the MVP as I just wanted the “Varsity Hair Cut” and a beard trim, but was still charged for the MVP package, with tip came to over $40. I contacted sports clips and was told the owner or store manager would contact me. That was two weeks ago. Over all bad experience for an up-charged price.

Prior to today's experience i would have gave them 5 stars, I have been here several times always tip well always left with the best haircut....today I got as far as in the chair and my head squirted with water before i got up and left. They are busy today, as usual (never enough people working) I came as a walk in because it says WALK INS WELCOME and waited an hour which is usually worth the wait but i wish I caught the ladies name before I left but she was extremely rude and unpleasant... I believe she was the manager and can't seem to comprehend that your customers are KEY to success and if you're going to get upset about walk ins like me and being overwhelmed maybe hire more people instead of being incredibly rude. I asked how is your day and she went off how tired she is and all these walk ins... and when I asked if I should schedule an appointment online instead she had no answer either so I took it as she simply is sick of customers. Basically talking bad about customers (like me) lost you my business, and if everyone didn't hear what you said in the lobby at least they will be happy to move up a spot on your waiting list, enjoy what little business you still have for the positive experiences, because you're definitely rolling downhill. Time to find a new spot for a haircut tomorrow 🫡

My grandson has autism and so things like haircuts aren't always the easiest. I gave him his first one and it was aweful. I appreciated the patience of his stylist at Sport Clips. She did a great job evening out the choppy cut I gave him. She checked in with him throughout the haircut to make sure that he was doing okay. He was happy about the prize that he got at the end, too. Highly recommend! No wait. They do walk-ins only which worked well for us.

Went here today and the service was awful. Hopefully they treat other customers better because I am never coming back.

Getting a trim off the top is not worth no $30+. Go to Browns barber and leave them a 20 dollar tip and still have money left over vs what you'd spend going here. For how often I imagine they cut hair here they don't know many styles either

Stayed open late for me and Sarah was very helpful. Definitely would come back.
