Per recommendation from one of my best friends Toni who swears religiously by Tran’s manis , I visited this salon for a full set and pedicure. Hannah did my pedi, Jason did my mani and the experience was wonderful. I wanted a color that was difficult to match and Hannah asked the woman at the front desk (I unfortunately did not get her name) and found the perfect match. I got the lux pedicure and it was fantastic. Jason spent his time getting the shape and design I wanted. I will definitely be going back.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. This was the first time I left a nail salon feeling truly disappointed — especially given how expensive it was. The staff didn’t ask me to wash my hands during filling and the products used during the manicure didn’t seem high quality at all. For the price I paid, I expected much better hygiene, attention to detail, and overall service. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

They would not refund these nails. I’ll let the viewer judge for themselves, as the manager thought they were great and wanted me to accept them solely because someone spent a long time doing this. Come here at the expense of your own time and money. EDIT: The manager offered to redo the nails and they look much better now. She was much more skilled than the man I originally had. Please avoid the man with glasses

I am not usually one to leave a bad review. And I am also not picky about my nails. However, this was the absolute worst dip manicure of my life. It took an hour and 15 minutes and she sent me out the door with product all over my skin and cuticles. The nails are not smooth or shaped well and it was over $50. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

I got a pedicure. It felt rushed. My feet were still rough. The salon had such a strong chemical odor that I had to wait outside for my turn. The service was just ok. Not great.

I came in here last week to get a gel manicure and it’s already started chipping not even a full week after. Also the lady who did my pedicure and manicure was not giving and made comments about my nails and feet 🤦🏻‍♀️I was disappointed with how short the gel manicure lasts since the gel manicures I normally get always last abt 3-4 weeks.

Last Saturday I had my last minute appointment, they were very accommodating and fast! My nails looks beautiful for my husband Christmas company party. I had dip and they did it nice and thin, looking very natural. I really recommend this place, it’s a gem at the Natick Mall.

Woman didn't want to do my nails. Probably because I was a black male. Never go back there again. Claimed they couldn't push my cuticles back. Weak excuse as to not wanting to do it. I walked out.

Not what they used to be. Over priced and rude. Not consistent work. My nails look horrible. Jason is rude owner is too. Will not be back

Came in for a full set of acrylic. The communication with Kim was not clear at all she was more using her hands rather than being vocal. It was a little unprofessional to see her talking/laughing in their language with one of her male employee while my nails was getting done, that is such an awful customer service. My natural nails was not even cleaned, cut, nor was the cuticles. Usually my acrylic would look simple and natural but this one looks like a bunch of gel was stack on top of each other making the nail look so big. I was told to get two flower design just on two fingers would be $10? It was just not good at all, my nails came out awful. Everything was off, this will definitely be the last time coming here.
