I do not recommend….lack of professionalism. Nail tech could not do a modern French design, but expected me to settle on what i did not ask for. Also over charged on a design they failed to complete. My nails look as if an unprofessional did them. Last time spending my money here. 0/5 stars..absolutely horrible

HORRIBLE!! The owner did this, and after asking her to fix them she got an attitude and started drilling my nails down after asking her several time not to I asked for my money back and she refused to give my money back. Please don't waste your time or money

Horrible service! Consistency here is an issue, the girl that did my manicure today seriously gave me the worst manicure (none of my nails are straight or even) of my life and the application of this gel polish will be off by next week if I don’t just go have it re done later today. I also don’t think they do a job cleaning their tools. I’ve been coming to them for the last 2 months for manicures and pedicures and I didn’t get a pedicure today because my feet never really feel smooth afterwards and I’ve noticed my toe nails have become discolored.

This place is horrible. I explained I did not like my nails nor toes and asked what is their policy they ignored my question and asked if I wanted a redo. Please don’t go to this place. It’s every person there does not do nails correctly.

Went on my daily run with my baby stopped to get gel nails painted . They had me in and out with perfectly painted nails quickly!

They are pretty good and consistent but this last time I went, my nails were not even a week old and they were cracking. One nail even broke! I went there after work so they could repair it. It was maybe 6:20p and they are scheduled to close at 7. Plenty of time to fix one nail and they were already closed! At 6:20! Very unprofessional.

The older technician is horrible. She was digging very hard with The device that she used to remove the skin from the side of my big toes. When I told her that she was hurting me she said it was ok. The polish was smeared and I had to ask her to repolish my toes. I also had to ask her to cut my nails down. Needless to say, I won’t be returning!!!

Very poor customer service. No customer was greeted upon arrival; didn’t feel welcomed. Pedicure was done at a pretty good quality. But the acrylic gel manicure was awful! I asked for a design per picture before getting started. The tech stated they were unable to do that design. I understood and then asked, “Well can you do a French manicure with a thin line?” She replied yes. After getting the acrylic nails on and right before time to polish she then says “No we can not do the thin French manicure bc we do not have that tool/brush.” She then repeatedly asked me if I wanted a full color polish instead of French tip” In the meantime she had an attitude while polishing (putting globs of polish on at a time & pulling on my hands) Long story short: 0/10 would not recommend

Well I would’ve gotten a pedicure if I would’ve stayed. I left because after not being greeted or seated, the white women walked in after me were pointed to a seat. They were about to service 2 customers before even acknowledging my presence. And I’ve been here before, they do a great job, but EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM are rude af. My money can go better places and will.

I came to Nail Avenue with friends before an event. I only needed my eyebrows waxed. I stood at the front desk with no offers of assistance or help for 15 minutes. It was only when customers of non- color came in that an employee came over, greeted them and saw to their needs before asking if I needed anything. (My friends and I are women of color.) Another ten minutes passed before a young lady brought me to the waxing area. After not greeting me, she rushed through the process and only waxed them, never taking the time to pluck, razor, or shape my eyebrows. She then maintained a snobby attitude, rolling her eyes, and becoming upset when I repeatedly asked her to clean up and shape my eyebrows. After five attempts, where she purposely snatched off the wax strips to cause pain, I was satisfied with the look and shape. She then huffed and left the room without further comment. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

Poor customer service and quality. My feet were left in cold water for over 20 minutes. My nail tech wasn’t attentive I had to bring to his attention that my nails were not filed evenly, and that my polish wasn’t dry .

Would rate 0/5 if I could. Workers were rude & had an attitude. Not only did the girl cut me multiple times but the gel did not last.

I thought $34 dollars for a basic pedicure that I didn't even really enjoy was a little steep. I wouldn't recommend. Very slow paced as well. Won't go back.

On the very first nail my finger was cut by the drill. I was bleeding. Very painful. In addition, the acrylic powder was skipped. Not worth the pain.

The girl did amazing pedicure for me,I felt asleep it was so relaxing. Will highly recommend this nail salon

Racist and Nail Polish do NOT LAST!!!! Beware ..

This place does a good job but they don't wait on customers the way the come in.
