Angel Nails

My first visit to Angel Nails was very pleasant. There was a steady stream of customers and I consider this a good sign. My technician, Alina, did a very nice job on my acrylic fill with a seasonal color of gel polish. I appreciate being able to book appointments on line and will continue to do so.

The whole experience was great. I love the fact that I don’t have to hold my leg up in the air for them to get my heels. They have a foot rest built in the chair. So that was my first experience with it and it was wonderful!

Justin is awesome. He encourage me to try different shape nail. I very happy that I did.

I had a great experience at Angel Nails & Spa today! They fit me in for a walk-in on a Sunday, which was so convenient. Justin did an amazing job fixing a bad nail job I had done elsewhere—the hybrid gel manicure over my real nails looks perfect and feels strong. My pedicure was relaxing, and they were so accommodating while my son waited with me. I was nervous to try a new salon, but I’m so glad I did—I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Ava did an AMAZING job designing my acrylic almond shaped nails for my wedding 🥹🥹 we added chrome and French tip same day and she didn't even bat an eye. Super nice and very focused. 10/10 recommend Ava!

My husband and I have both been there separately this week. We both came to the same conclusion. Their customer service is AWFUL. They were rude, they didn’t want to do the simple things we asked ( polish change for me) , and kept trying to upsell gel and dip powder. I have done that for years but now prefer just a simple polish change. We are new to the area and have decided never to go back to this salon although it’s closest to our home. I would rather drive a few minutes and be treated like a valued customer. It’s also very pricey!

Great first time experience here! Justin did an amazing job, looking forward to my next visit ! Second visit with Justin and he did a Beautiful job !!! exactly what I wanted and couldn't be more happier with the results. He is very precise in his work and never fails to impress. 💅🏼

I was holding off on writing this review, but I feel it needs to be said. I booked an appointment for me and my friend a few weeks ago, and while she had a fantastic time, I had the exact opposite. We both got a pedicure and a manicure, but I felt as if I only got half of what I usually experience at a salon. My toenails were roughly shaped and unevenly painted, and when I told my artist I was interested in acrylics, she simply ignored the manicure altogether. She clipped my nails down once into a flat nail and didn't bother to use another clipper or file until she put on the acrylics, which I had never had before. And when she was shaping the acrylics, I asked her to trim down an extra finger on each hand, and she clipped all of my nails shorter, making the nails completely uneven on size. The dip was laid on super thick and was different on each nail. Only my pinkies looked decent, and everything else looked like a misshapen mess. One nail was crooked, and another was nearly transparent so I could keep seeing my cruedlty cut real nail through it. And I had my reference photo up the whole time, too, with the artist not even bothering to look at it. Overall, I paid $93 for nails that I hated, but I could not afford to spend more money and time to fix it. I don't think I will be returning to this salon anytime soon. Below are the pictures of my nails compared to my reference. I asked for almond nails just slightly shorter than the reference photo.

Went in for a pedi today....paid the extra 7.00 for the callous removal. Everything was good until the tech nipped my skin with the grator. She knew it as I jerked away when it happened. I continued with the pedicure and the rest was fine. They sent me a link for feedback and I mentioned what happened not making a big issue out of it. I get a text from the owner basically saying I was not being honest and said the tech told him I already had a cut which I definitely did not. I was not going to leave a review but since I got that attitude from David the owner I felt I needed to and obviously wont be going back to Angel Nails again.
