I had a fantastic experience with Mrs. Suzette!!! She went out of her way to take my appointment. My appointment was originally scheduled with someone else, but they left before I made it. Mrs. Suzette was literally getting ready to leave. She saw how desperately I needed this service and volunteered to stay. I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you so much! She has such a warm and welcoming spirit. I felt like I was getting my hair done by my Auntie or cousin! I never leave reviews, but this kindness needed recognition.

I requested a relaxer and trim. My hair was longer than shoulder length and I left with my hair involuntarily shorter than neck length. The sinks wouldn't drain so I sat in dirty water. I was sat upright for all the water to run down and soak my shirt. I also left with a chemical burn across my cheek. I won't ever be returning or recommending this location.

Spoke with Suzette on the phone to request silk press and trim for my daughter. Sent my mother to take my daughter for the appointment and within 45 mins they have returned home. Needless to say my daughter returned home with a basic wash, brushed into a ponytail with 2 plats like she is 2 yrs old for $40. I called back to salon and spoke with Phyllis Clark in order to see where the miscommunication was. Ms Clark states Suzette assumed it was just a shampo and blow dry..I stated that I never used the words wash or blow dry…how does silk press and trim get misconstrued to shampoo and blow dry. Who would ever come back to a stylist that clearly was in a rush and does not care about the services requested by the client. Anyway I’m done with this salon, too much turnover in stylist, poor communication, poor service. I will be taking my business somewhere else and I would avoid this salon at all costs. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I went there to get my hair done. I booked it online and the process was clear. When I got there Brenda R. complained soon as she came in the door about how much hair I have. Then she started talking about her hand and something with her hand. Then the price doubled and she claims it is based on how much hair I have and the process. Worst experience ever. A waste of my time and unprofessional. Everybody want something for nothing. They want everybody to have short hair. So sad

My wife Carolyn was so impressed by Karen at the Warner Robins, GA. JCPenny salon. She expressed how patient and professional Karen was during the process. Most important, my wife believe that Karen really enjoys her work and she cares about her clients.

Customer service is rough. They do not make right wrongs that are done with haircuts unless you put up a big stink involving store management. Salon manager is just as bad as stylists. Double triple check hair and have them style it before you leave or you may be in for a big surprise when you get home. Cause getting them to fix a bad cut could take days and a lot of stress.

Touch-up relaxer & cut resulted in chemical burns at the nape of my neck. The stylist shaved me THEN applied the relaxer resulting in burns. Besides this, none of the stylists seemed to have the know-how on trendy hairstyles, nor haircuts. Save your skin/scalp, your time, & money. Warner Robins & Macon Ga has many Black haircare specialists/professionals...you just have to ask around! Lesson learned

Today my grandbaby got her haïr done by Victoria, she's SO GREAT! Her NICE ATTITUDE, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WITH CHILDREN is a comfort! In talking with her she has WELL over 20yrs experience in hair! She's new to JCP about 2wks, GO SEE HER YOU'LL BE PLEASED!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!

Hope at JC Penny in the Galleria Mall in Warner Robins did a wonderful job on my hair. She did a relaxer and cut! Hair looked amazing!!!! I will be going back!
