USA Nails

I was in there two days ago and got my nails done by a lady named Brenda. She said she could do what I wanted that I had picture of. She didn’t do a very good job and she didn’t even get all the old polish off. I can still see some of it along side of nail. The lines aren’t very neat and looks awful. Also $65 for a fill is outrageous!!!!! Won’t be going back there again.

Got them done two days ago by some girl named Julie She was rushing and got eyebrow wax they charge me $28 btw they Will charge you before any service done if they think u can’t afford 🥶 Well, I was waiting through 30 minutes. I’m not lying The male Asked if I needed a pedi Five times lol 😂

I like going there because of the amount of years that I’d been going the artists are nice but I’ve started going elsewhere because I moved and also because I noticed the nails are just NOT good quality they come off fast and something tells me they rip you off by pretending to use gel vs acrylic. Start going elsewhere and you will see the difference. Disappointed honestly.

Rose does a great job with sculpted nails. I have been coming here for years and it feels like they are always trying to make improvements to the look of the salon.

I love Mimi she really can do any thing she so sweet if you show her a picture she can do it she doesn’t usually do toes but she did mine to match my nails I love her real bad thank you Mimi

I absolutely love this nail salon. The place is immaculate. The staff is professional ,friendly and caring I love Miss Sue. You can request your favorite staff member. They do thorough work without taking your precious time. I give the 5 star ever time!!

The older lady tech paid no attention to detail. The chemical on the polish was burning. They don’t cut your cuticles, and cut me with the machine. Wasn’t very careful.

Horrible! I’ve been going here for +25 and Joanne is usually the one who does my pedicures. She rushed did a half a$$ job and painted my nails horribly the first time and when i asked her to fix it she blamed me for running into something. She clipped the side of by big toenail for no reason at all and she wasn’t sanitary with the tools she was using. Very dissatisfied and will not ever go to this salon again. Kenny is the owner and he used to do my nails. Shameful.

So I've noticed that anytime you go in these nail salons and you don't spend what they want you to spend, then they figure out a way to get some money out of you. I just ask for a simple new set acrylic I asked for short. I still ended up paying $5 extra don't know where that came from the person that did my nails didn't even ask me what shape I wanted the they just did it themselves. I noticed as soon as I left salon the acrylic was extremely thin I've never seen salons Do it so thin, so now I'm asking myself is this on purpas?So I have to run in within a day or 2 to get a nail fixed and to a no avail of course one of the nails already broke off 72 hours later!! Is it just me or every since the pandemic nail salons really haven't been the same more expensive less quality!!! Really?Just really kind of ready to protest against using salons for a period of time until they can get their act together!!!
