I love this place!! I’ve been coming about once a month for the last 6 months. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. I go for manicures and pedicures. There are lots of talented nail techs here but I always ask for Di; he is technically skilled and a great artist! Plus a lot of fun to talk to. He recommended the dip to me at my first visit and I get it every time, my nails are healthier and grow super fast now!

My daughter and I love coming here. The ladies at VIP Nails & Spa treat us like valued family. The services are amazing and we leave here feeling great after manicures, pedicures, waxing, and stone massages. Not to mention it's gorgeous inside!

I absolutely love this place~☆!! I was brought here by a friend and although I’ve never done my nails before, they’ve done nothing but magic to them! My hands look completely different and make me feel confident everyday (๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪! The staff are so sweet and patient, they were very delicate with my hands and always made sure I was comfortable. I always visit Di, but these beautiful nails I’m showing were made by Nick (if I remembered correctly (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)). They both are such fun conversationalists and always made sure I left happy~♡!! I came in here to get a pedicure and a fill because I have been here before, but it has been quite some time. Let me start off by saying that the lady that was doing my pedicure was instantly annoyed that she had to help me she then proceeded to cut my nails extra short to the point where they actually hurt the very next day. She grabbed the cuticle trimmer which I did not see unpackaged from a sanitary package and begin to dig in the corner of my toes. I voiced that it was hurting and it seemed to make her more mad. At this point my pinky toe was already bleeding she proceeded to then cut my big toe. After I asked for her to no longer pick the corners of my toes, she then began to aggressively, scrub my feet as hard as she possibly could, and threw the trimmer back into her cart and just put a cap over it, which led me to believe if she did not have any intention of cleaning it. Once my pedicure was complete. I finished my nails, which took an extremely long time and actually came out pretty bad. As I sat there, completely uncomfortable by how I was being treated during my pedicure, I actually started to notice, this salon is actually very dirty, all of the gel polishes spill over the sides. All of the gel polish driers are extremely dirty the chairs which are meant for kids are filthy. Today is the day after that experience, and I’ve already developed a infection in one of my toes that was cut. There are a lot of people working here who look like they don’t want to be here and are eating and sleeping when they should be cleaning. I will be reporting them to the health department.

I’ve been coming here for a while, They should know their current clients what they like and fix it, right !! This time I felt really uncomfortable.. I put a pic of how I wanted and I still went back to get my toes fixed and still did not like how the lady “fixed it”. I’m honestly upset and I will never come back to this salon. The way that the lady commented on my feet about how sweaty they were. It’s really unprofessional, knowing that I have a condition made me really upset and not only that but the way she was just not trying to fix my toes and left me with all the powder on my feet. this was 74$ I payed!!

I went in for a short square shaped solid color manicure. The amount of MMA acrylic that was used took over an hour to remove. The thickness of the nails did not match, the length of half the nails did not match, the acrylic was not put over the entire nails near the cuticles nor was it filed down to take away the bulkiness, the corner of one of the thumbs did not have acrylic & instead of correcting it the nail tech cut off a part of my nail that made it sore & most likely would have gotten infected if I did not remove the nail. The tools that were used on me did not look clean. The pedicure I received from Kandee was great.

For the past two years I have been living in Fresno, I always receive amazing service from D. He does an outstanding job, very kind, and brings fun new designs! Going to miss getting my nails does with him.

I love going to Dii for my nails. He always has a great attitude and will do everything he can to make sure you're comfortable and happy with the design. Always get the name of your nail tech so you can go back to the one you like!!

I got the #4 package and with acrylic nails. The people are really nice, but I have to be very honest that the services were not expected. I paid 55 for the number four package which included a whole bunch of stuff for callus remover and paraffin wax and it just seems like I left wax on my feet. I know how to use paraffin wax because of my previous job and you’re supposed to let the wax set before pulling it off. She pulled it off while it was still wet and the callous remover supposed to be left on for at least 8 to 10 minutes and mine was only left on for about a minute before she put my feet back in the water Not happy with the service. I probably won’t come here again. She did mess up on my toes and somebody else did have to come and fix but even my paint was off. The person who came to fix them was fixing something that was already ugly done, so it’s kinda like they just buffered over somebody else’s work instead of taking it all off and doing it over.It wasn’t what I wanted. I asked for longer acrylic. I feel like if you’re gonna pay for acrylic and you’re asking them what you want it should be to the preference of the customer not Theirs. I left paying $101 for messed up toes and waxy feet.

It was my first time there loved the services and very friendly staff they did exactly what I asked for. Loved it.
