I had a pedicure with an extra message with Corry today. He was phenomenal and gives a great massage. I've been coming to this nail salon since 2022. The environment is very relaxing and clean. You can usually get in without an appointment but one is highly encouraged.
Been here twice now and I have been very happy both times. I got a gel manicure and it lasted a great while! They are very kind and fair priced!
UPDATE: Not even 2 weeks went by and all my nail polish has chipped between my hands and my toes. Not sure what they did with the polish but it is not high quality and I paid extra for GEL as always. This has never happened. My friend who went with as well all her nails chipped within a couple days, she was pretty upset. Second time here and it’s a keeper! Anna did my pedicure/manicure and my nails look great! Even though I only did the basic for both she took great care of me and didn’t pressure anything else on me. Thanks Anna :)
We (3) walked in and got served right away. Staff was friendly, atmosphere is relaxed, and the products used are elegant. French tip pedicure looks amazing. Those with appointments were served at appointment time. Plenty of parking and a cup cake store right next door!
Not going to be getting another manicure there. Wish they would have been more personable and actually took their time. Update: see other pictures. Paint chipped off in TWO DAYS! I am not hard on my nails at all.
I love my nail tech. She has accomplished what literally no other salon tech has been able to accomplish. My nails do not lift, crack, break or chip! Also, there is none of the weird bending or odd thicknesses. I’d tell you her name, but I still want to be able to get a booking when I call 🤣🫶🏼 My daughter’s and friend go here too. You can’t go wrong with the staff here.
Jenifer seemed like she had no desire to be giving me a manicure. I’m looking at the manicure in daylight and can see she didn’t even cover my entire nail with top coat. Surely this will be chipping in no time. I do a better job on my at home manis. My daughter had a different nail tech and was happy with her work. But for me, I’ll avoid this place next time I travel to this area….
Unhappy feet My partner and I are both leaving with pain in our feet. This place His nails were cut and filed so low that the big toe was bleeding and irritated. He wasn’t offered clear coat which he WOULD have gotten. She just ended it abruptly “you’re all done thank you”. I got the deluxe because I have a callus on the side of my foot that has been bothering me. She did the callus removal quickly so I politely pointed out the spot I wanted addressed. I usually don’t even ask when it’s skipped over. But I specifically got the deluxe for this reason today. The nail technician sliced it off quickly in a moody way after I asked. The side of my foot is bleeding and has a visible open wound. As I licensed cosmetologist myself, I always watch if they put aside there to tools after to properly ally disinfect in barbicide after. She submerged the callus remover instrument in my dirty foot water, briefly rinsed it and back in her cart it went. That is how foot infections and disease is spread folks in a salon. They wanted us in and out- which was accomplished for the under 30 minutes. $75 for 2 bang up jobs that left us extremely unhappy. I tipped each tech $5 for their time. Apparently they don’t check their techs validity of their licenses either. I just read they had a creep in there chatting up young girls that had a revoked license. For being a creep. So I’m sure state board is already watching. So let’s just wait and see how my foot heals up.
I’m never one to leave poor reviews- but I have been to this place 3 times and 3/3 times I’ve been pretty disappointed after spending $100+. This most recent visit left me with actual bloody chunks taken out of several of my nail beds- ouch! 3 strikes- I don’t plan to return.
I usually have a great experience here. Today was disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I waited a while. My pedicure was fine. The manicurist Was not able to replicate the nail art I requested. I feel like what was done looks very amateurish like something I could do. And she cut me twice as she filed My nails too close to my skin on the sides. She didn’t even acknowledge what she had done. I pointed out I was bleeding and she just giggled and said she was sorry.
