A licensed salon professional since 1995, Lisa Marie brings a wealth of experience as a stylist, educator, and salon administrator to Refine Men’s Salon staff and clients. Now mostly doing the salon administration duties, she still takes time to be available for client services and keeps her skills and continuing education fresh and current. Aside from the salon, her life includes caring for her children, rescuing cats and dogs, making multimedia art, and enjoying outdoors activities like hiking and camping, and indoor activities like creating recipes and sharing food with neighbors.

Dani brings a well-honed arsenal of cutting and styling skills accumulated over years of continuing education and a consistency of end results that have her clients singing her praises constantly. One of our most highly-requested stylists for the past few years, she also has a soft spot for animals, a love of travel, and a consistent dedication towards self improvement.

Don’t let her young age fool you into thinking she’s just starting out in this business. She’s dedicated herself to rising to the top of her highest potential, and keeps raising the bar. She puts her clients first and prides herself on taking excellent care of them. Her results are magazine worthy and rightfully generate the positive attention they get her clients and social media posts. Her life outside of the salon includes rock climbing, international travel, and cosplay.

Candy brings such a personal warmth and sweetness to enrich the top notch experience her clients have come to expect from her work. Her clients just drop their cares and trust they are in good hands with Candy, and her results speak for themselves. No matter how great her haircuts look, or how great her clients feel after a face treatment or manicure, she’s always interested in learning more. She passes this benefit along by educating her own clients about their hair, products that are best for their needs, etc. Outside of the salon, she’s involved in health and wellness, travel, and family activities among other things.

Yvette brings an extra spark of energy and joy to Refine Men’s Salon, as well as consistently wonderful haircuts and grooming services for her clients. She brings enthusiasm to the whole salon and is always learning and applying more skills to her extensive repertoire as she delivers excellent service to her clients.

Yvonne is who clients want to see for a relaxing facial treatment, she loves helping men care for their skin and it shows. She’s another one of our most requested stylists and delivers such perfect haircuts, her clients always look their best when they leave the salon. She’s kind hearted and humble about her skill and talent in hair design, but her clients results keep her in the spotlight. She’s working on bringing a new human into the world and we will all miss her while she’s on maternity leave.

The face in the reception and retail lounge and the voice on the phone who welcomes our clients as they arrive, checks them out as they leave, or assists them in booking appointments over the phone only describes a portion of what Robby does for the salon. With talents in graphic design, he is frequently behind the creation of helpful client communications, salon signs, etc. With attention to the cleanliness and ambience of the salon, he improves client and stylist overall experiences. When clients and stylists do not require his assistance, he’s making sure we are on top of retail inventory ordering, adding to the shopping list of salon supplies, or even helping keep the salon laundry rotating and put away. He also does his best to contribute frequently to comic relief and keeps the mood of the salon from becoming too stuffy or confining.
